Looks not possible but this is still bitcoin that moves surprisingly, positively and sometimes negatively.I wouldn't call for $10k for this month but there's a chance that it can happen. But with that chance, it's been minimal.

We might need to wait a bit longer seemingly. I really thought that we will end May having btc back to $10k or even in the first week of June but I was just really excited. I did not think about those impatient people who are eager to sell their positions and are not planning for a long term for the next year at least.

And we saw one of those negative surprises yesterday when the price went down dramatically in just one hour and the price is still going down, it seems to me that some people are cashing out, which is understandable given the circumstances, but it seems the bears finally gathered enough strength to stop the rise in the price of bitcoin and possibly to make it to go down, however even if this is the end of the current movement I cannot complain since I got significant profits out of it. Once bitcoin continuously increase that's $10,000 you had speculate was just too small for the possible surging bitcoin soon. Therefore these days bitcoin price still good to buy and hold in long-term.
Yeah now is time when all of us will have to hold, price is surely very good to buy we should buy more as price is good for us, later on after holding price will be higher so then those who are not buying now will be sad, day by day price is increasing, it is almost 8k usd now a day in market so only 4 or 5 months will be taken for bitcoin to become 10k dollar.

We only have one days to go and humanly, I think it is very difficult for bitcoin to make gains of $1400 in the next 24 hours but everything is still very possible and the volume keeps increasing and that is a sign that the momentum is still very high. The month that we are about to enter is another month to watch over and I am having a feeling that bitcoin is going to perform better in June than in the month of May that we are! $10,000 is here but it is still possible for bitcoin to still come down a little before the next pump.

I think bitcoin's value will difinitely grow beyond $8500 as the market phase has shown arouse progression and it gives people accurate speculation to predict its bountiful growth will persistently occur soon. Maybe by this june, bitcoin's value will break $9k and continue to grow constantly profitable.
We already had 10k. It was a year ago! Some of us still remember. When we were there already, we know its possible to be there again. Why are you waiting for that level exactly? Bitcoin will cost much more in upcoming years, so waiting 10k to sell or to buy doesn`t have much sense. Get in now while price is still under 10k, don`t sell on 10k cause when we touch that 11k coming right after, and we will talk about going to 20k, magic circle, it`s how I call all that.
10k is an important psychological barrier, for a long time bitcoin has been trading at 4 figures but if we reach 10k it will be the first time in a long time we will be back at trading in 5 figures, that will be an important bull signal and I will not be surprised if after reaching it the price went up really fast, however I agree with you that now is a good time to buy bitcoin, my prediction is that we will reach 40k by 2021, some see my prediction as too conservative but if the price goes higher than that you can be sure I will still be holding my coins and obtaining profits thanks to them. We never hit $10K a year ago. Look at the charts on Bitstamp and Coinbase, the price hit $9950 or so. Maybe it hit $10000 on the Bitmex futures due to the funding rates or on some other exchange like the Korean exchanges but the spot price never hit $10K back in May 2018.
The momentum was really crazy back in May 2018 and everybody assumed it would hit at least $10K and shortly after head to a new ATH. However it ended up forming a huge bull trap and the ones who wanted to get out at $10K never did and price hasn't reached that level since.
So keep in mind that the $10K barrier won't be a easy one to break through, most likely alot of manipulation in that area.
