If the answer to the question of theme in my opinion of course bitcoin. Gold it as currency asylum of course, but it, too, is growing and falls seriously. But bitcoin has grown very much like no other currency. And not falling much.
In the long run I'd go with crypto-assets (not necessarily BTC).
No sovereign currency is predicated on a fixed amount of gold, nor have they been for 40 years. It's really a vestige of another time.
But people have faith in it, which is why gold defies gravity. Same can be said by crypto-assets (I've stopped calling them "currencies" because they're just not.)
So which leap of faith are you going to take? The one that comes in 12.4kg bars, or the one you can link to ApplePay?

If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
maybe i will share it, because both have good prospects. And I'm sure the bitcoin in the future will be just as valuable, not just in five years. 
For me, bitcoin is the most like gold. Bitcoins are mined, and the more bitcoins people have already mined, the harder it is to extract further. The number of bitcoins that can be obtained and put into circulation at all is fixed. Exchange bitcoins occurs "from hand to hand."
I almost forgot the fact that the next block halving is about to occur in two years from now. The reward is going to drop from the current 12.5 BTC per block to 6.25 BTC per block. We can expect a sharp upswing in the exchange rates after that.
I think all this things have a plus and minus also , nowdays crypto and bitcoin not so fat practical but if all in this world will fu**ed up you will have gold anyway like and others metalls in you pocket .
I think I can replace half of my money with gold, because gold is never going to be eliminated, so I can guarantee my life.

A very difficult choice for me. I am confused to choose between Bitcoin and Gold. Because I like both of my investment assets. I can not choose one of them, I will still choose Bitcoin and Gold for my investment assets for about 10 years or more. Because I am very confident that Bitcoin and Gold prospects for the future are very good and promising.as you say. bitcoin and gold have their own characteristics. difficult to compare. Although the presence of bitcoin is difficult to determine but I prefer in investing in it because the movement of exchange rates are very supportive it must be possible for someone in the search for income is very open.
We'll see which one will be good investment goods which one. if I personally prefer bitcoin because bitcoin in the future is already seen to be widely used. in a few more years bitcoin will be a very big commodity demand if it happens then bitcoin will be very expensive compared to the current price.
