Frustrated or not John Mcafee will never stop, But I guess all we need to do is just move on with what kind of man he is predicting a 2 million worth of Bitcoin by 2020 is just his wishful thinking the price he wants bitcoin to land and there is no math or calculations in that but all wishful thinking his just riding its popularity just like all bitcoin wannabee pros,

In my opinion, Bitcoin is not outdated it is a more complex and highly innovated that update is no longer required John Mcafee doesn't know what he is saying and just a great pretender in what I am seeing he will surely make antics about Bitcoin every time it is in the bearish movement, But will keep his quite if the movement is in Bullish.

John love the money, that's all there is to it.

He used to like Bitcoin when people were asking him for interviews and were amazed by his Bitcoin predictions but then the bear market came and john's predictions didn't work out.

Altcoin pumpers hired him to support them so he liked altcoins and now even those altcoins removed him from their boards so he doesn't work for shitcoiners and can't go back to Bitcoin so now he's trying to be an ETH supporter. What a sad old man.

I had time to spare and tried to watch the entire interview but only managed half of it. It's like watching an animated character and I couldn't stand it anymore.

He's a fan of smart contracts and we all know ethereum is the one that started it. If there will be a newer tech that would come out, I wouldn't be surprise if he calls ethereum an outdated project too. One thing that's good there is that he said he's not a fan of xrp and hinted it's a scam  Cheesy

He is a paid crypto influencer, so everything he said should be taken with a grain of salt.
Fixed it for you.

If bitcoin is outdated how come Ethereum hasn't overpower bitcoin? Yes the price of ethereum is getting better everyday but the price isn't even one forth of the current price of bitcoin so how can he say that ethereum is the new trend? Anyways, I don't know what is his basis of saying that and I don't really care what he says because for me, bitcoin is never outdated if ethereum will skyrocket to more than the price of bitcoin then that's the time I will agree that bitcoin is outdated.

Some things can never be outdated and one should understand that even if new technologies are coming and evolving the good thing with softwares are that they can be updated , this is why the old companies are still functioning and people actually trust the older companies more because ofc they have more idea of what they are doing.
I do think it doesn't matter how many cryptocurrencies keeps coming and going bitcoins will always be bitcoins.

It seems to me that you should not refer to his words at all. This is an ordinary showman who makes money with his image. He can say anything, this is all part of his game. Why do people follow him? I personally do not see in his personality something that can help me become smarter in order to make more informed investment decisions.

He is now desperately trying to pump eth? Knowing that he is a paid shill, it wouldn't surprise me if Vitalik paid him to shill Eth.

The truth is Ethereum is not going anywhere (other than down) in the long term and 2.0 will be a shit show.

I don't know why people still believe in what McAfee says. At least for me his credibility is at all-time-lows level.

There are a lot of distractions in the world and a lot more in crypto. The ones who know when and where to focus will be the winners. Don't listen to other people's opinions, but make your own dilligence instead.

How low can John Macfee go?
He abused the fact that he was a somehow famous person in cryptography ecosystem to promote scam projects . He earned lots of money that way.

He had a nice reputation as the developer of macfee antivirus... sadly he is now just a scammer.

McAfee is changing his words all the time depending on the coins he owns. Didn't he launch his Ethereum-based exchange a few months ago? Oh, what a coincidence - now he shills ETH.. it's not like he earns fees from the exchange (which looks like a failure by the way), right? Grin

He's also promoting or running several ICO projects in the past, from the shadiest to not so great ones. I still remember where his pics were used by those crappy ICOs to fool customers and now they're rekt forever because those projects died.

Still can't believe people like him are being mentioned by media here and there.
Because he is well known crypto influencer . Even though all of what he say is not true and just want to promote something for his own interest no one will believe this man anymore since many of the project he shill is not giving profit for investors but a lost . I dont even want to hear/watch any interview from him  its just a waste of time .

John McAfee just said Bitcoin Outdated and Loves Ethereum. Is that a real interview. If yes, what are you thinking that, why he said that.
He is afraid of his word which he had said 2017!
If you didn't see you can see the interview.

Although my respect to him died years ago and wouldn't like to read the news because Craig has never be sincere to himself and those who stood behind him. I still remember when he decided to join hands with BCH and then BSV and end up with ETH now. He's not to be follow when it come to cryptocurrency because he lack the truth about the technology. He should join forces with Ethereum and continue his journey with the altcoins  Wink

Can we like, stop and forget about this guy already? This guy is old news that is trying veryyy veryy hard to become relevant to the scene, which he isn't. You wouldn't even see the guy standing up to his words for a few minutes into a discussion, why even bother listening to him. He probably forgot to change the terms used. Bitcoin isn't outdated, he is. Ethereum is loved yes, he isn't. Sad life for this guy.

There's a lot other people we could actually take note of. Those that actually contribute to the scene and know which coins are shit and those coins which are loved.

I thought that we're done with John McAfee?

John McAfee called BITCOIN as a Shitcoin!.

Let the issue rest, he already exposed himself by just riding the popularity of bitcoin during 2017. Now he is hyping Ethereum. He is a crypto influencer, so everything he said should be taken with a grain of salt.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin's last code commit was made within the last 24 hours, so I don't see how anyone of sound reasoning could call it "outdated".  If Bitcoin went for several months without any updates being made, then sure, it would be falling behind in the race.  But updates are made all the time.  Most coins wish they were as actively developed as Bitcoin.

People need to stop talking about John McAfee, he's an unhinged fruit-loop.

I'm not even going to click that interview. This guy is so full of shit and he received more attention than he'll ever deserve during those days he pumped dozens of shitcoins.

Who the hell is still listening to him? I'm sorry if someone reading this is one of them, but those sitting around him and listening to the words coming out of his mouth are mostly the leeches this community doesn't need.
