Bitcoin value can only get to the said amount only if the demand pull inflation that happened last year it self, it not I see no serious upward direction before end of December this year. It is very possible for bitcoin to get to $19500 again as it happens last year. In November last year nobody believed that bitcoin will fall back to were it is today but it has happened and that is a signal that bitcoin is going to rise again. 
I think that the price of bitcoin will remain the same atleast till the end of this year. In the next year the atmosphere may change and people may put their money in bitcoin, but in current situation we see big dip in the price. The whole year of 2018 is very bad for bitcoin so far and hopes that the next year will be good for growth. Just hold your coins for some more time.
Yeah, I so much believe we are just going to see some sideways movement until towards the end of the year, before the market deciding where the next level to go is, but at the moment, nothing is clear with bitcoin price yet. Selling at the current price most especially for someone who bought the peak is really not going to be making the best decision in that aspect, and would mostly regret it in the long run. The thing with people is that they cannot always be easily convinced, unless they already had the conviction in them and just looking for someone to shed more light to it and I totally understand the aspect that trying to tell people the bright future in bitcoin is more like trying to tell them what they simply cannot understand, let alone phantom the reason why the future is going to be bright. We can put our money in bitcoin, by this way the investment capital will increase and thus the price will also increase, but the main problem is market manipulation. People afraid to invest their money in bitcoin because they know that these whales are sucking their investment and will never let them make money from their investment. Yes, stopping rumours would support bitcoin value grow well. Always negative news are spread across and this makes the investors either take time to invest or skip investing into crypto currencies. do not sell at low prices and do not panic sell. usually these two things will be interrelated, if you panic sell then you will sell your bitcoin at a cheap price. if you do that you will make things worse.

Invest more will only help for certain people that don't have held up bitcoin and this is a great opportunity for them to do it, Well As I see it this is a great chance because the price is still cheap, And I would likely say that there is a bigger chance that the price is still increasing, Even if we don't see the bull run this year there are many other years to come fo that chance maybe next year, But for now investing with bitcoin is a great opportunity and a great help for the price to slightly make a difference.

You need to stop to try to find solutions for something that is not really a problem, it seems as if you see the current price as a problem but that is because you have the wrong mindset, what you need to do is to look at the current price as an opportunity, the price is very cheap and it's about one third of the highest price, so it's completely possible that you could triple your money in just a few years if you invest now. i don't know the technical reasons why the price going down.but I was sharing what's in my mind.
I think it's not it our hand.there are lot of reasons why the bitcoin price was going down.For Example: few countries was restricted,banned and says illegal of cryptocurrency activities.due that most of people (top investors) was start selling the bitcoins.so the value goes down.
I am from India.in India also cryptocurrency activity stays as illegal but currently the case is on court waiting for Good news to say it was legal.
If restricted countries Adopt the bitcoin .then the more investors will come and we will the price again of December 2017.
