I don't want to start having hoping that Bitcoin price will rise to $300k in the next 5 year or something more but I'd like to see what the end of this very year would produce, like we all know last year ending was exciting and I wasn't expecting the figure to be 6 digits by the last month of 2024.
That's true, Over analysing the price of Bitcoin may not be good because it gives false Hope. Although Bitcoin is a speculative asset but yet we don't need to over emphasized on it in other not to have issues. Imagine having the thought that Bitcoin will hit $200k by the end of the year and later find it still staggering within the same price of last year, defiantly you will be disappointed. It's better let's just be patiem and let the market do it's thing.

So I'd stick to what the market price is giving and going as far as predicting and saying it must stand I don't see that happening, since Trump went off the expectation of people I don't want any more prediction to get to me, let the market movement do it thing.
Exactly. No matter how hard we try to predict Bitcoin it doesn't change the fact that Bitcoin is control by demand and supply of thearkwt and hence mearly proclaiming ane speculating  about the price will not change anything.

even if the market price hasn't been productive because with the Trump talks of being inaugurated we thought Bitcoin price would be up to speed like $120k and even more than but nothing of such happened, what's your take on this, Bitcoin price in the next 5yrs?
so many people already saying that trump's inauguration already priced bitcoin in and it's no surprise that there's no significant rally, it's unlike the election where people don't know the outcome, trump inauguration is an obvious outcome so the buying pressure already happen long before the inauguration.

as for the price of bitcoin in the next years, since bitcoin's price consistently going up higher than previous bullrun but with diminishing return as the market cap getting bigger and bigger I expect it to be around $250k and that's my bearish take, for bullish take I'd say 500k.

what's your take on this, Bitcoin price in the next 5yrs?
Based on the historical price movement of Bitcoin for the last cycles, the gains are getting lower if we multiply it. Last 2021, it was $69,000. This time we've seen it reached $109k so, if it will be multiplied by two then it should go by the lines of $120k - $140k for this cycle. And if it's going to be by 2030, shouldn't it be the bear market by that time then? One thing that we're always sure is that, we shouldn't look at the peak but on how Bitcoin is giving that pattern that every cycle, it gives a higher all time low.

Every now and then the Crypto-currency community loves to keep their mind busy with future predictions. I don't know if this is for educational purpose or just boredom
, because I have come to think of this price prediction as a distraction or even at worse a tool for either Fear of missing out (fomo) or fear, uncertainty and despair(FUD).
Why ask a question like this when no one controls the market and have insights into the future. Do your research and stick to your goals.

Here's a look at how much a small investment in Bitcoin today could increase over time if Wood's various price targets are reached in the future. I believe all these are majorly pointing out on one direction which is prediction/speculations because I know for sure that nobody can perfectly give the exact figure of BTC. How much do you think is Bitcoin price going to be in 2030? even if the market price hasn't been productive because with the Trump talks of being inaugurated we thought Bitcoin price would be up to speed like $120k and even more than but nothing of such happened, what's your take on this, Bitcoin price in the next 5yrs?
I don't know at what price you will love to hear, the good thing is that Bitcoin can never be the same as it is today for the next 5 years to come, predictions and speculations all over, none is right until it happens. But to be sure our speculations are going beyond the price of $250K and above, aside Trump there is relatively supposed to be ATH in the course of time, he only remains an extra factor to impact the fast drive of Bitcoin to reach an extended price mark.

If you are going to hold on any speculation, don't over exaggerate, save some space incase the price doesn't get up there and invest the best of what you can.

If you were to ask me a year ago I would have been more bearish but by 2030 if the cycles continue to behave as they have been we could have reached $1 million, which is not to say that the price would be maintained that year. Only 3.2x from these levels for this cycle and 3.2x next cycle would get us there. And I have seen more bullish forecasts for this cycle. I think the future looks very good.

Bitcoin price in the next 5yrs: 2030?
Now in 2025, meaning that in five years entering in 2030, one period of presidential leadership, indeed we often see the leading CEO and Bitcoin experts regarding their speculation, it's up to them predicted how much Bitcoin prices and want speculation at what price, In my view, the next five years I thought it was very short and too fast for the price of Bitcoin to penetrate to the level of $ 3.8 million/Bitcoin.

We do not say Wood speculation is not rational and also other experts, but is it possible for five years to be translucent to the level Wood said, whether it is not too enthusiastic, I have a different view for the price of Bitcoin 2030, I speculate if for the price of $ 300k I think it makes sense, it takes 16 years to reach $ 100K, is there no investor, Of course you or whether in 2030 is an investor that is included in the Bitcoin market from the sky, the current global economy is deteriorating.

About this, we can only speculate and not be exactly sure or certain about what it would be so i see that its actually a fact that Bitcoin can go tremendously high by that time because the miners reward by then would have significantly reduced and there would have been some more adaptations especially as most governments are looking to make a crypto reserve with it, its really going to be some sort of a really impressive move and increased price.

Looking at some technical around Bitcoin, we get to observe that its got a four year cycle after which significant ATH are broken so looking at the timeframe between now and 2030 how long it is and what's the current price of Bitcoin and what is the possible significant expected increase as with respect to the current price and that over the years that later increased and what's the possible percentage increment we could speculate, all of that does adds to build an idea into what we should be expecting and the possible chance of the price in the nearest future as you have projected.

I think before we got here there were positive predictions and speculations about bitcoin price reaching a $100k ATH during this season's circle even was down at $30k and today that has been a reality.

Five good years from now is much enough to see bitcoin make new ATH's because we are talking about another bull run circle but we just can't be precise about where price  figures could reach except staying positive with a rest assurance that it will make new ATH.

Everyone is entitled to make a price target for themselves based on their views, $3.8 million is Wood's target by 2030, doesn't mean bitcoin price could surely get there, it could take some significant events beyond the Trump effect we had in 2024 to see to this $3.8 million.

Whatever your price prediction is, it’s always better to aim high as Bitcoin still has plenty of room to grow. But at the same time we have to be realistic. With all the developments that could further reduce Bitcoin’s circulating supply, I can definitely see a price pump happening.

So in five years, my conservative prediction is $500K and my aggressive one is $1 million. (don't disagree please, just go ahead and make your own prediction too!)

1 million by a decade - 15 years from today.
 Cool
Depends on how the adoption rate would be kept till that date.

It's very hard to predict as you can see what will be the price in the future. And it really depends on how big the market will be in the bull run. If we can see like $200k, then maybe we can get 1.5-2.0 in the next bull run.

As for Trump being inaugurated as the next US president and the effects on the price, it didn't go as what others have predicted. But still, it's good to see that we have established a new all time high when he was sworn. But it's obvious that the hype has gone down a bit already. However, there could be a lot of bullish and positive news this year so who knows, maybe that $120k is just a conversative price as we might see $180k-$200k.
