Bitcoin price is falling down, falling down, falling down...
Bitcoin price is falling down, but dont worry.

I see a lot of thread about why bitcoin price is so down in the past few days, though Im not a bitcoin holder I search what is the main reason about this and I also want to know do people really need to panic.

Some of the threads Ive read is "Is this the end of bitcoin"?

"

All the major cryptocurrencies have taken a battering this week, declining by nearly $100billion across seven days.

Bitcoin (BTC) took heavy losses, dropping by 12.6 percent, from $7,900 to $6,600 in a 24 hour period.

While bitcoin managed some resistance at the $6,600 mark, it showed little sign of recovery.

Why is bitcoin dropping today?
Bitcoin last hit these lows in early February, 2018, dipping just below $6000 before spiking to $12,000, so investors should remain hopeful that history repeats itself.

Cryptocurrencies have been under intense scrutiny this last week amid continuing dissatisfaction in how tech companies such as Facebook secure and distribute user data.

It’s hard to say what the cause of this current crash is outside of a general mistrust in technology.

The biggest crypto coin wasn’t the only one to suffer from the slump, as the whole market endures a bearish trend.

Bitcoin has been known before to bounce back from bearish rends before, and there is no reason to think it won’t do the same again."

Yes, the price of bitcoin has fallen from a few months ago, and its price has dropped from $20,000 to $6,600 today. I think investors who speculate have sold bitcoin for fear. The price of bitcoin has now reached the bottom, and it is about to start to recover, and the loyal fans of bitcoin will benefit from their persistence.

I think the price will increase strongly only by the end of summer and then the situation will be repeated, which was in 2017

It's all been terrible the last few months for the majority of coins, bitcoin at some point should stabalise and start moving the other way, if anything this could be seen as a prime time to buy bitcoin and alts.

Bitcoin's value in present times are obviously not pleasing for bitcoin holders/users/traders. Its normal and can be change. So, for those wise people, they consider it as a "waiting is over" to finally grab their own bitcoin at a lowest rate and let stratagems rule in to attain their desired rewards.

yes, now bitcoin is falling in value, and I think it's only temporary, so this is our chance to get more bitcoin, and I'm not afraid anymore bitcoin will rise back some time, so I'll get bigger profits at higher prices.

yeah, right now the bitcoin is falling down, but this downfall is unlikely to last a long time and do not have to worry because I'm sure bitcoin in the near term will surely show its price stability even more.

Yes, though the bitcoin price is falling down there is nothing to worry. This is very natural for cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. The price will soon start rising and if anyone has any doubt about it, he can check the previous records and get the proof that the price will certainly start rising. People just need to hold their Bitcoin and wait.

Yes you right, sir.

even though the bitcoin price drops I'm not worried because I've invested a lot of it now and I'm sure I'll earn a lot when the bitcoin price rises.

Why are you so sure that the price of bitcoin will increase? Share information, please!

For the last couple of months, there have been these bursts of 5000-7000 btc traded (total over all major exchanges) over a few minutes time (normal volume is a few hundred btc in this time frame). This cycle has happened maybe 30 or 40 times the last few weeks. I watch bitstamp market, and these bursts are almost always preceded (maybe a few minutes, maybe longer) by a bid to sell several hundred btc (most offers are less than 1 btc, very few offers greater than double digits btc, then suddenly a 200+ offer appears - you can be sure the dump will follow shortly)

This does not look like the market organically deciding btc is in bad shape, must sell. These downbursts almost are always the same amount of coins (5000-7000), and are always preceded by someone trying to sell several hundred btc before the dump, kind of implying some sort of inside information

Next time btc spike downward a couple of hundred dollars, feel free to check out the minute to minute volume at http://data.bitcoinity.org/markets/volume/1h?c=e&t=b and verify for yourselves, and come to your own conclusions, because I sure the f_ck don't understand what's going on.

I don't think that this situation would be the end of bitcoin. Remember, once bitocoin price was one tenth of the current price. So, it may go sometimes high and sometimes low. My opinion is to take it easily and believe that time will change and so as bitcoin price.

If I would be asked, I'd still choose holding than to sell. Selling will just be a temporary aid to somehow cut the loss on profit due to the continuous dumps in the market but it also cut the potential profit as well. Since the market is really volayile at this moment, selling is really not advisable. Consider investing at times like thjs because profit will then be earned once the market starts to recover.

Yeah, it’s very true. It has gone down quite a few times and again bounced back, and it will this time too. I don’t see any reason to stay low for long either.

Yes Bitcoin price is falling down but just for now there are lot of crypto currency that the bitcoin is facing. just wait until it go up again I am sure that there is nothing to worry about because every currency has its down times just look at the past bitcoin price and compare it right now you can say that there is much difference. There are some projection that the price of Bitcoin will be stable and high with the year of 2020 lets wait for the bitcoin to grow bitcoin time will come just relax nothing to worry. . .

If we really want the cryptoworld to grow we can help by telling our friends, family, co-workers etc. and at the same time give them some knowledge about crypto currency so that if one of your friends get interested about on what you said it has a chance that they will invest on it and if that happen you already help the cryptoworld to grow even they spend a little money. They will soon understand and learn more and they will invest more.

Bitcoin price will be stable in very soon we believe. Bitcoin transactions are increasing rapidly. The more people will become interested and invest in it the sooner it will be stable.

bitcoin is fighting for attention with other cryptocurrencies

Not sure if you mean Bitcoin is vying for attention in general or that altcoins are detracting from Bitcoin.

Both could be true, but I think the prior is the biggest problem right now. Cryptocurrencies have fallen out of favor with the press and the mainstream populace. While the well of investments dries up, all coins are fighting for scraps.
