Some people may think it is too risky while other people consider it is opportunity. Nobody can predict future. It all depends on your willingness to participate. "Know your limit, play within it".
If this will happen in the last week of the year or at the start of 2018 or anytime then the bitcoin holders will gain many profit since the price of bitcoin started to crash I think 3-4 days ago. This can be happen but for me I can't say if it will be next week or at the start of 2018. It can happen anytime because many are buying bitcoin at this moment. Just buy bitcoin while the price decreases for now and wait for the increase.

If you really believe that bitcoin is going to reach that price again soon then you need to follow your instinct the price right now is very good if your prediction turns out to be correct, I do not know if we are going to reach that price that soon especially now that bitcoin seems to have a tendency to go down more than a tendency to go up like in the last months but maybe that is why I'm not a trader.

yes of course you can, can be seen from the history of the highest bitcoin prices in 2016 until now certainly the graph will always rise, because bitcoin is very useful and the total supply that is owned is also very limited.

This is the perfect time to buy, maybe price can go down to 10-11k but I think it's unlikely it seems like it's stabilizing at 13-14k. What you think is posible since bitcoin already hit $20k, but it will only happen if there would still be lot of investors to invest on bitcoin and trust what bitcoin has achieved. When there is still be dumpung of bitcoins then maybe bitcoin will start back to $10k or below. Now is the complete example of how volatile bitcoin is and we can see it dropped by almost 40% this month.

I also believe it will reach that price but not this year, i think it will more chance to happen next year.
If you have enough money to buy, i suggest to buy again now when its dip.
