Bitcoin price is pumped by few unknown peoples who are making money in this pump and dump game.
If we look at bitcoin prices increase and other altcoin reaction then we can clearly see that other altcoins not following bitcoin.

I think this is just an excitement for the BTC market from the investors they want to change a bit of air. The price of BTC will fall sharply again which is likely to be back below 6k. I still can not see the whole market going up at current BTC prices. My opinion BTC will reduce again to boost the market going up later this year. I, like everyone who wants BTC will reach over 20k in the future, BTC will prove themselves again.

The most popular digital currency Bitcoin has faced tremendous pressure in the past two months because of its holder selling. The price continues to under US $ 6,000 / BTC. But in the last week the price of Bitcoin back heated up so that the price back rally through US $ 8.000 / BTC. Guess what makes bitcoin prices high again?

We are really waiting for this rise in the price of bitcoin and we all know that this is coming. The demand and the trust of the people plus a limited supply of bitcoin makes its price increase again. Ups  and downs is just normal  in btc world.
indeed we wait for the rise of bitcoin, and finally bitcoin can jump again the price, it's all because of our beliefs as well over the years. we must be sure and believe that the bitcoin will indeed jump high again. because it is not possible also if the bitcoin is down continuously.

The thing is, there were a lot of people who thought that the SEC would approve the ETFs and this pushed up the price, but

now the reality kicked in, when the SEC denied the Winklevoss twins application. The direct impact of that decision, was a

decline in the price. Investors need some good news for them to invest more money into Bitcoin again and a approval of the

ETF, would have been the trigger for that.  Grin

Now that is a new word for me. Back burning.  Grin

I guess some investors just got banged their head to reality. Truth was revealed to them into where they should really invest.
Altcoins now are being too risky. You go buy ICO tokens and then suddenly they are dust when listed in an exchange.
Yes, before there was people who made a ton of money out of it. But with this lot of competition it is hard to say which will really get a real value.

Yeah, you are absolutely right. Most coins/tokens when gets listed on exchange, trade at 20% price of ICO and this is the case with 90% ICOs.

Plus big investors are always ready with their money to buy more bitcoin if prices decline and that's what happened. They started buying more which pumped the price.

the question may be very difficult to explain with certainty, decentralized bitcoins which each time can raise and lower prices, no one will know for sure the decline and increase, so many people say more and more people are investing in bitcoin, bitcoin will increase, and vice versa for example many people who sell their bitcoin, of course bitcoin will lower the price.

Although I am not too sure why the prices have been increasing for the past few days, I believe the recent news about the South Koreans thinking of implementing electronic currency system may have supported Bitcoin too.

I think the revision of the bitcoin is over. Now, if you buy and keep your coins, you will be able to make profits. Of course, it takes a lot of courage to buy altcoin.

I think the cause of the higher bitcoin prices is due to the end of the bear market, and there is currently no large-scale transactions at a time when prices are rising.

The price jumped because you can only hold a balloon under water for so long.  Each day more air gets added to the balloon as new investors come aboard.  When Bitcoin starts rising it's going to be swift and fast.

I think this is because the news about ETFs yesterday that people believed would be successful and approved so everyone panicked buy because they think the price is still cheap and prices have gone up in the last few weeks

Dont think so, for that time the whole market is not very stable and it would be very riskly to invest nowadays.
