As long as the yearly performance is better than most other investments and currencies, I am not one to complain. Over 20% a year increase is very small for bitcoin, but already a big one for any other kind of investment. That is a testament to how well bitcoin has performed over the past few years and I hope this long term uptrend can be continued and sustained.
The movement of the price of bitcoin is the same as the previous year and wait a few months it will start to increase the same as previous year and then you will see a 100% increase in the price of bitcoin which like occurred in the previous year summer.

Certainly, it has withstood the test of time and media negativism but Bitcoin keeps getting stronger and proving the doomsayers wrong. I'm optimistic that we are headed for the moon and by the end of this year I know Bitcoin prices will keep all of us smiling.

Everybody in this community, are dreaming and believing that Bitcoin will reach 10,000$ a years from now. It is one of the reason why some of the bitcoin holders are embracing it more because of this belief including myself. At the present time now bitcoin value was 1204$ which is really calming to all bitcoin fanatic, and I guess this coming month of June Bitcoin will become at least 1500$ or more.
everyone hopes like OP, have the same speculation and expectation. the possibility of bitcoin prices will rise gradually to 1500 $, is seen from the circulation USD for 4 months, increasing and decreasing air-rhythm.

Reaching out 1500-2k wouldnt be short time and i say that it would takes time and some trader or users dont really like the waiting game.Yes its still safe to purchase bitcoins on the current price but for some they need to wait for a little dip just like before when it dip again on 900+ mark which is the sweet spot to buy more cheaper coins.

After the devastating dump of bitcoin in the market and migration of bitcoin holders to ethereum and dash due to the fear of bitcoin split between core and hardfork of BU. But even after the dump bitcoin has recovered fast and with Japans acceptance of bitcoin and also if Indonesias petition for the legalization of bitcoin be approved then we will expect another skyrocket increase in value. Hope it will reach the value of 2000$ by next month and if not at least by december this year.
Im pretty positive about that dude. The dump was quite brief and we're now back to hiwnit was before the dump. I think 2k by the end of this year is very well reachable and it may not even take that long if the trend sustains.
I wish to see other countries follow the btc footsteps of Japan. Once this happens we can expect that rocket-moon... but for now, please expect a lot of rocket-science specs. 
Well, as we all know, Switzerland is also quite friendly to bitcoin but I don't think it helps much. What matters is many btc casinos with huge bankrolls, trading sites and miners doing their job. And yet we can't say that the price is 'going to the moon'. I think nice and slow growth is totally fine and it is great bitcoin hasn't faced the hark fork. 
I wish to see other countries follow the btc footsteps of Japan. Once this happens we can expect that rocket-moon... but for now, please expect a lot of rocket-science specs.
Aside from Japan, Philippines also acknowledge Bitcoin as payment, I also wish that more and more country will look at Bitcoin as money and acknowledge it as mode of payment. There will be hurdles before Bitcoin prices go to the moon, but with the community and developers actively developing and promoting Bitcoin there is no doubt Bitcoin price will go to the moon.

Yes true, this is a matter of time and patience with us, I'm sure the price $2500 didn't take long time, maybe only need 3 months again. The best way to get more profit is we buy bitcoin as we can and don't waste our time to observe price.I have found out that many people in this thread are speculating that bitcoin will go straight into sky, and nothing will stand in it's way.
That's indeed the impression that you get by browsing through the entire speculation section. People simply don't understand what it takes to get the price to reach certain price levels. It even takes a decent amount of 'effort' to just keep the price at the same levels. Nothing comes easy in the world and Bitcoin is definitely not an exception. Main point of importance is that Bitcoin needs to scale in order to keep moving further. If there is no scaling solution, or at least a temporary solution, there is no way we break through the $2000 level. Bitcoin's userbase is growing, more people means more transactions, and more transactions means more transactions needing to wait a good while before getting included in a block. 1MB block cap is an obsolete number already.

Go to the moon is a special word to show that bitcoin will at those highest where it never goes .Here in my opinion the price of the bitcoin will no more increase to cross 1500$ or even to reach Because I think the reality behind this quality is that the questions arising about the bitcoin whether by it is legal.or not ( Specially in India but opposite of this Japan accepted official ay be the price go down due to such reasons .
Here in mind the big reason is to say that price will not more increase more is because I am thinking for the hardfork that will down the price by release it's price for BTU ( division rule ) .

I think if the upward trend continues with all the people continue to be attracted to add their bitcoin and buy it and there is no panic selling is not likely that the price will be? but most users can not wait?
