You can make a good game and use some altcoin to allow users to buy things inside the game, but for sure bitcoin isnt the best due to transactions need to be confirmed before users get their balances credited, for those i would sugest doge or litecoin since they are very fast.

there are some games that can buy items through bitcoin, but not to get the bitcoin itself.
and I have not found it.
I think it will be difficult to be a reality. then why did not you make a project for it?

Some of us born to be a gamer and spend some money to buy stuffs in-game. Many of us spend their time just to level up things on the game but the question is;

Is it possible to have a bitcoin project that is game-related?

Is it possible to buy in-game items through bitcoin?

Gaining bitcoin through a game?

Sometimes while playing online games, i think about this things. This process can increase the popularity of bitcoin and develop the use of it.

I thinks it is possible, there are so many projects now that is game-related but having high amount of bitcoin, i think you will not succeed. The popularity impact of bitcoin will be only to gamers and i dont think that's a great idea. Gamers always priority the game, they will not spend time for that, if buying some in-game items i think they were.
Actually, there are lot of projects and ICO projects that related in gaming industry because there are lot of people love and like to play video games. In addition to that, I agree that gamers is always priority of any project about games and having ICO project about games will have a good benefit in gaming industry.

I know some games who accept bitcoins as a payments for their items in-game.
I think gaining bitcoin through a game is simply called as a gambling but you still have to invest i guess, because none of the these businesses were really going to give a free cash while you are still enjoying for their hard work projects.
People that is a common type of gamers deal to have an option for them to used money just to play a game. So dealing and investing in a game related project us a actually a sure profit and a good investment to consider that could probably give you a purpose to earn.
Most of people nowadays are in on gaming because it is a part of development and changes so if you want to set to invest in games it is much better to know that gamer really want, so people could probably want to play your games and to invest money out of it for them to play and to have an extra game level for example. It is just a part of having a shop which include computer games.

I believe there are faucets that are already doing this concept. While playing an online game you can earn satoshis.

I think they have projects like this. The one that i have just read was firstblood.io.
This was an esport gaming that include dota, counter strike, LOL etc. that involve betting for every team fight that happens. I'm really not familiar with the white paper but i think its ETH base. If they can make it in ETH, why not in bitcoin? 😬

Do your mean about ICO tokens of TrueFlip can earn from lottery of their service right? In addtion, on ICO market at now Bitdice also create token for their platform gambling, however I do not know they will use this token for their service or exchange Grin

The HashRush (HR) project aims to transform Cryptocurrency mining into a strategy web game. Set in Hermione's futuristic solar system, players build their own mining colony using RUSH COINS (RC) (standard tokens ERC-20) to partake of the huge cacophony of cryptococcal mining.

I just heard the news how people earn dollars by playing games They earn dollars by recording video while playing games
Maybe for the future they get payment with bitcoin,

hopefully about that because i'am a  gamers

Yes, I wonder what happened with this service : https://bravenewcoin.com/news/streamium-allows-you-to-earn-bitcoin-per-minute/ because it had so much potential, when it was announced back in the day. I thought it would have been the Killer App that everyone was waiting for, but I guess I was wrong. ^sad^

It is very much possible. The game can be made related to bitcoin itself, May be a scenario with multi player games embedded with mining behind screen play. The more you keep winning the more you earn in terms of bitcoin. Now this will be virtual game. But when the user will gave to buy stuff from the server then payment process for bitcoin can be made. Just like you pay for android games on google play or Apple Store.

yes, it's possible of course. even there may be huge amount of marketplaces there you can get any game or in-game stuff .and if there is no one there accepting Bitcoin for your playable game then its because they didn't see any demand on this. just place a demand and you will see that more people will start demanding too and merchants will start selling kinds of stuff as they want to profit in any condition.

You can make a game that has in store purchases using bitcoin. Making a game that has people win bitcoin would be highly illegal. That is how it is for people that live in the US at least. If you live in another country it may or may not be legal.

You could argue that your game is a skill game, but even then it is a dangerous route to tread on.

We might see few ICO with this concept in future but it will take lots of time for them to deliver whatever they will promise even if they will be able to collect millions of $ during their crowdfunding. This idea seem possible but it will take lots of effort and manpower along with lengthy development phase.
There already has been an ico, mobilego they raised $53 millions. but they don't accepted bitcoins directly though, we have to get their token to purchase in-game items, hopefully in future bitcoin will be directly accepted.

There is none currently but it can be made. Best developers if comes together then they may find a way to integrate the API with real games which pay us in bitcoin from the blockchain itself. I'm not sure how they might do it but if smart work like blockchain was possible then small game would probably come to existence. I have seen games which are related to mining but they are mostly ponzi and at certain level don't pay you. So basically none at the moment but let's hope someone will create one one day. :-)
