nothing can protect you from CIA. except Hardware Wallets. I suggest Trezor.

you can easily prevent from being stolen by activating or increasing your security level,just enable 2 factor authentication,enable the message and e-mail notification i can sure the hacker will can't get into the wallet as long they dont own either your 2fa or your phone
This is probably the most conclusive answer here, basically put so many layers of protection on your wallet that it would be a huge pain to actually get through all of them.

2-factor authentication is probably one of the most valuable tools you can have to protect your investment, and I would recommend using it whenever and wherever you can, as long as you have a phone.

offline storage such as a cold wallet is ideal, or a hardwear wallet such a trezor  Cheesy

Offline as stored on a computer/device that is not connected to the internet. That is the safest way of storing Bitcoin and effective if you want to hold them for a longer period of time. This article provides more information.

You protect your coins from theft by having your own private keys (avoid online wallets), having a good passwords on coins on online computers and having a chunk of your coins offline.
