Seems like a very interesting site. I would love to add this on my bitcoin gaming list. Anyway, good luck on improving the website.
Go ahead and add it as long as your place is not associated with scams and adware feel free to go ahead.

A good thing to do is multiple raffles like 1hr, 6 hrs, 12 hrs, daily, 2x days, weekly, bi monthly, monthly etc...keep it interesting (nobody likes waiting on monthly drawings alone). Maybe set limits on x amount of tickets that can only be sold for x amount prize. And throw in a unlimited raffle but up the prize with however many tickets are being sold across certain thresholds.

You might want to find a programmer friend (or hire one) and set the website to more autopilot and also confirm and show that your wallet has the security in place, that your drawings of winners can be verified as fair and honest.

my two satoshi's...
That's all reasonable I know how to do some JavaScript but I don't know how to do the things you suggested I am still learning but I would like to show the deposits and be able to go through that list and select the winner at random.

First 20 users to purchase any amount of tickets receives an extra ticket for free.

Are you aiming to make money, or are you going to pay the raffle prize out of your own funds, because if you give free tickets away this is unlikely?
There is not a pre determined amount of tickets so it cost's me nothing the pay out is the same whether I receive the amount I am giving away for this raffle. They have to purchase a ticket in order to receive a ticket so technically it is not giving them away.
I pay out 0.09 regardless if that amount of tickets is purchased or not.

You're still giving out free tickets, and I doubt you'll sell enough tickets to break even though. So you'll still pay out if you only sell a few tickets at a loss?
Yes that's why it's for only 0.09 that way I can afford to pay out even if I don't get that amount. There is no reason why I shouldn't I mean I guess there is a lack of trust with everything I guess the real question would be this what kind of retard would set something like this up with the hope of ripping people off when they could make more by being honest? I got someone from work interested and they are going to buy a ticket so if he is the only one that buys a ticket I guess he wins.

I'm not saying you're going to scam, but I assume you want to make money from this, right?
It's just like a casino or a traditional raffle of course the more people that buy tickets the more I will get but that will also cause for bigger amounts of winning in the future.

Is the random number generator going to be drawn publicly?
I would like to do that but I thought if making a video of youtube of the random address being drawn. I don't really know much about php or else I would at it to the site for all to see.

Unless you're streaming it live you could easily cheat it. Is there not a site that you can input the numbers in and it'll autodraw it at a certain time and everybody can watch the draw?
I will try and use Ustream like the person above mentioned I understand your feeling on this, the video idea I thought would ease some feelings about the being cheated I also realize there could also be a way to cheat that as well. I know how people feel about these sort of things I am the same way so I will try all options suggested to show you that this is an honest operation.
