Scams are everywhere here and we cannot remove it, what we can do is to escape and prevent ourselves from it. Beginners are the one who are more likely to be scammed since they're still lacking knowledge and they are still exploring the world of crypto. That's why they still need someone who will guide them. Being aware of these kind of scams are a good factor to prevent yourself from those scammers...
I believe that asking here in forum will help a lot of beginners to learn various information. And this forum is a good place to ask advices.
We can now avoid it because we experienced that already. That is the good thing experiencing something so that we will never regret the things that happen year ago. There will be a lot of scam in this era , but the thing is dont become a fool again so that we will not suffer too much. We should learn from our mistakes and never do it again.

The one that mostly abuses these type of scams are double coiners.
One is incentivated into investing from their own pocket into some pronzi and waits for a double return of his investment.
User starts to feel confidence in achieving such profit due to first withdrawls but later on realizes he will losing everything he invested into.

Just read all sorts of information on the internet and feedback specially from bitcointalk.

if for me, actually bitcoin is not a new user fraud, I think new users before putting money into crypto, it's better to understand the procedure for making money from crypto, so you also don't think that bitcoin is a fraud.

Bitcoin had a meteoric rise making it on the mainstream and capture interests of the masses including scammers. As bitcoin rises, the population of scam victims also rose together with it leaving most of us wonder why do people still get theirselves into such mess despite of the huge and loud call of awareness against them especially here in the forum. All kinds of people saw bitcoin's value bringing out both good and bad in human nature, and with the bad it showed up with scammers also wanting to profit out of bitcoin amd they mostly target innocent and gullible crypto users making them lose their coins, then include theirselves with the increasing list of victims.

Scam is happening in real-life and in crypto-space, scammers won't stop until they get caught and put behind bars. It just happen that Bitcoin is new and most of the people on earth have a very limited knowledge about it but for scammers this is an opportunity to get easy money.

I propose to have a plat form for normal people teaching them basics of bitcoin as a 9 year could understand all this.

I absolutely agree with you but for me it is everyone's responsibility to research first before entering into anything that is new to them.

I've fallen for the multiplier scam earlier, and that was my fate to loss. Accidently came across an YouTube video describing about the multiplier software where the funds were deposited and received in multiples after short time when the software keeps running some programs. Later I was very sure not to try with any such schemes, and further my focus is on studying more about different cryptocurrencies for a better future profiting.

That worthless scumbag makes Bitcoin untrustworthy to the general public. In my country, Many people know bitcoin as scam because many investment in facebook are using bitcoin as mode of payment.
Many innocent people fall for that and most of them are those people leaving in the province and not fully aware on the risk of ponzi investment. Until now, Many still think bitcoin is scam and
they are afraid to buy. This scumbags legacy is really hard to erased.  Undecided
The use of Bitcoin in a harmful scheme such as Ponzi is inevitably to happen due this currency anonymity so it cannot be tracked down easily. In our country as well when some folks heard Bitcoin they have negative annotation regards with this technology because of our local media. Moreover, most of the newcomers in this industry fall out in this kind of scheme that is why we should notify them regards with these activities so that we could make a slight difference about Bitcoin's image.

Yes people should be aware of this kind of scams in the crypto industry,
Specially those new in crypto they could easily fall for those sweet words they should also learn to do some background check before they invest on anything.
I also think that this is the reason why other people say that cryptois a scam because it is being used as a tool to scam .

The more popular bitcoin is, the more scammers there will be, these things accompany each other.

unfortunately, so maybe some regulations are needed... it will help so much. I know that's very time-consuming process but I hope it would happen over time.

Scammers are everywhere even if you say that it attracts a lot of attention to them but most scammers were bitcoin users or traders who just happened to want more because of their greediness. And most of their targets were people who doesn't have a single clue about of this innovative technology. Bitcoin has been widely affected by the negative effect of scammers that the government who also happens to no idea about of the bitcoin.

yes, it makes people think bitcoin is a fraud especially for beginners who don't understand the actual bitcoin, even though such fraud had existed long before Bitcoin was made, some people might consider bitcoin a kind of a ponzi scheme, hyip and the like.

criminals are always on fiat money or cryptocurrency. and always the targets of fraud are those who are new to crypto investment. therefore especially for a beginner should always do research before deciding to join or invest in a project. and for beginners I always advise that bitcoin and cryptocurrency are not the way to become rich overnight.
to succeed in the crypto market we must study a lot and work hard. if we have knowledge, we can avoid fraud.

Dig in a little deeper though and you'll realize that these scammers are the same type of scammers who existed before Bitcoin. They'll simply pick up a new tech and twist the scam around.

Remember napster back in the day? People were giving out free files to infect you. Or paypal free money, or free money for surfing here and there. Pay to watch ads. Now Bitcoin is getting named, but it's nothing to do with bitcoin:)

Meaning to say that no matter how new and safe a platform is, there are still people with huge self-interest meant to scam will fool people using that platform. So, if we are to think about getting safe in cryptocurrency, it is the same way as we think of getting safe and secured with our funds, same and same people will do their best to destroy our privacy, and might eventually lead to accessing our funds. Remember, crypto transactions are very easy, so we need to increase our security in terms of personal responsibility.

They are just merely using the name of bitcoin to lure naive people.
They will not stop so long they are still getting money from their scams.
We can't prevent them from doing such unfavorable acts but we can stop ourselves from being scammed.
We need to be alert on what we are doing online and know that every sign up or info that we share online is safe and secure.

They are taking this lightly, and they should be taking it more seriously. This is an example to all of the new incoming investors, they should not rush and learn for themselves, not just listen to some here say or advertisements on the internet. The problem with us is we regret what is already happening and not thinking too far ahead of us.

there are many more con artists who do other things, which certainly they are very troubling, even to the point of being stressed because they do that. now we have to think about how to make them deterrent and detained, because it's very important, considering this is cyberspace, so it's hard to report it .. !!
