I lost count of how many times I've seen bitcoin "die".
It's like a game, IMO. Bitcoin has an infinite life where it can respawn again and again.
Bitcoin is immortal, no one can kill it. Roll Eyes
I think your right. People keep wanting to treat bitcoin like a stock or commodity. Those assets can die because the money they solicit is needed by the business. Bitcoin has no backer and the system worked fine when there were a couple hundred of us. If the price goes down, so what. I remember reading that bitcoin can't work if it is ever worth $1. In reality the price does not matter.

I completely agree with you.  But is nice so see greedy sheeps which suddenly become full of fear.
lol, yes. And all because a guy they don't know said something they don't really understand. Mike can have his opinions and that's cool. But a lot of his ideas are just not popular. As far as I can tell nobody want's colored coins, for example. I think he is forgetting that, developer or not, he has no authority in the bitcoin space.

Time will confirm that Mike was nothing more than plankton in bitcoin ocean.

Looks like it's definitely sinking, but this is bitcoin.  I remember watching the price back in 2013 when it broke $1000 and then fell back to earth.  That was wild.  This here?  This is just a fluctuation.

I told you so.

i do not believe that bitcoin is dying, a temporary setback does not mean that the system is going to crash. sure it is a new thing but with a lot of potential.

In the another parallel world is bitcoin dying, but in this one bitcoin is still fine.
Maybe is not that going up or people using it, but is still something we have hope after halving.

It's pretty much alive, still. Not dying yet, sorry to keep your hopes up. It's been going up since I woke up this morning. I don't mind seeing the dip every once in awhile.

Bitcoin has been going up, it's not dying at all.
As long as there is a demand for bitcoin, it won't ever die out.

Hmmm. Seems the coin is rising today - not sure Bitcoin is dying right atm., but I do believe it would fall a bit today to, it seems it is rising too fast in such a small amount of time, but then again, oil prices are falling, the Chinese markets closed before closing time, and the European markets could also fall today because of this. Maybe investors are placing there funds in Bitcoins rather than other assets.
