In a developing country, Bitcoin offers a good earning than the minimum to above minimum wage earner. You can just take example of bounty hunter member here in the forum (me included), we can earn a month salary in just 2 weeks time, while other who participated early in this forum and were accepted on a campaign with higher payout can earn a month time salary in just a week. Those who have found their talent in Bitcoin trading found out that they can earn several times bigger if they focus in trading than their day job. "Wanting" yeah. we would all want that, but for most people it will remain a "want" rather than willing to do so because for most of us btc is not enough to make a living and get extras too.
Moreover BTC is unstable so you need to be really confident when taking that decision that you will be ok even if things go down.
I really wouldn't suggest it to be honest. Stay with your job and have BTC at the side as your "Hobby" that you enjoy doing.

I'm not sure that most people quit their jobs and focus on bitcoin. There is no guarantee of success if they dropped their jobs. I suggest to be patient and do both offline jobs and getting bitcoin. Bitcoin still has a risk in terms of using it as an asset because it instability price.

i don't know where you are getting your stats from but i doubt it is "many" people who are dropping or willing to drop their job to focus on bitcoin. and if they do they most probably are idiots who want to get rich overnight but they think if they drop the job that they know how to do and make money, and instead enter what they have no idea what it is and how to make money from and become rich.

Bitcoin is a digital currency which the price seems always increasing over time, but look at current price, free fall from $5000 to $3000.
Imagine someone who invested in bitcoin at $4500 and he find out in few days later the price crash to $3000, a big loss obviously.
So, bitcoin isn't a shortcut to get rich, many people could make profits but others get loss too if they can't be patient.

BTC is still considered new even when it's 7 years in. We are all considered as 2nd stage early investors. What's wrong with trying to be the pioneer in a very new industry? No risk no gain!
actually it's okay to leave your real job then focus on bitcoin, but that you have to dare to take the risk because many people say looking for a job is very difficult, I think it's better to have a real job and to focus on bitcoin than to choose one between bitcoin or your real job because you can do both this will earn you more income than you earn from your real job unless you've been able to stabilize your finance every month from your bitcoin earnings then you can quit you real job to focus on bitcoin
