Directbet can work on there customer service. Sites like nitrogen always have staff on.. Directbet seems like its run by one person
I think there is no problem if directbet run by one person, the most important thing is that they resolve any problems quickly
and I think directbet have more than one customer service

My rankings and I have used them all quite a bit.
Nitrogen 4.5. Would be nice if they added Live! betting. The only one to offer teasers, but it would be nice if ties in Teasers didn't lose.
BitCoinRush 4.5. Nice simple, but fast interface and they offer ALL sports at good odds and juice.
JetWin 4. Maybe the best looking and fastest layout and interface, but their odds are all over the place and often a bit off from what is offered elsewhere.
VegasCasino.io 4. Simple but fast interface and good odds and fast payouts.
Cloudbet. 4 Very nice and fast interface, but not good odds and juice and that's a deal breaker for any knowledgeable player.
Fairlay Exchange 4 Great idea, but layout and interface are not very good and they still won't add an option for American odds even though they have said it is coming for months now. How hard can it be?
WeBetCoins. 4 Very good odds, but a boring and kinda slow interface. They also take up to 24 hours or more to release your Bitcoins, although they have told me that will change soon so that withdrawals will be in minutes, not hours.

It boggles my mind that DirectBet keeps getting high scores here. Posters must be getting paid or somehow rewarded for their posts and ratings.
Their odds are terrible. By far the worst of any of the books mentioned here. And any serious bettor, knows that you must get good odds and low juice if you have ANY chance of coming out ahead in this game.
And the site layout and interface is also the worst of any of the books mentioned here.
