How do you manage any possible stress coming from Bitcoin's volatility?
My principle, do not overload the mind. We already know that bitcoin is very volatile, so if we are too ambitious on the target and have to make a profit, it actually makes it more stressful and of course, affects our analysis and mentality. Bitcoin, whether used as an investment tool or commodity trading, should be able to be a means that makes us calm in using it.
Remember: invest, not speculate.
Do the best analysis -> take a decision -> then let it run as it is, if your analysis is right then profit, if not then vice versa, whatever the results are, accept it gracefully.

if you are real crypto player, you should not shocked when the price under rate, except you are new comer. for expert, they know when to sell or buy coin, its not exact and always gain profit, but they know how to keep their mind, so when the price under rate they feel and think to search the other place to gain profit

Although bitcoin has been around for awhile, it is still a new venture for most of us. The simple trick or rule is to try and limit your expectations when you buy and hodl bitcoin to expect profit within a short period of time. Some loses are definitely inevitable but one should try and develop strategies to reduce loses that comes with buying bitcoin.

Exactly, those who are expecting too much and greedy are easy to disappoint, so we should not expect too much as crypto has been very volatile, don't stress out yourself when you are seeing downtrend in price, it is normal in every aspect that a currency also have a downtrend even stock market. Let's just take those upside down as an opportunity to buy and sell.

I will feel stressed when experiencing while waiting for the price of bitcoin to rise for too long, but stress will turn into happiness when the price of bitcoin rises.
so stress and happiness will exist in the world of cryptocurrency and occur due to various reasons and problems of each of those who experience it.
There are no stress at all for me when it comes to bitcoin aside from not buying at a cheaper price. I have a big trust with bitcoin, it will be good for the future and it will be more profitable for hodlers when they hold more. I’m doing my very best to buy on every dipped, I’m hoping that it will be worth it in time, if you have the patience you will win big.
I've never been stressed like others because i only buy bitcoin with the amount i can afford to lose. I only spend from my extra money and not definitely from my own savings. And once the price hits already my target selling price, i usually sell it so i can make profits earlier. I don't want to be greedy because for sure it will only make me stressed once the price suddenly dump again without any notice.

I prefer to avoid the stress by keeping my funds in usdt and just ride the going up coaster and jump off when it is higher and deal with its downward as stop loss and jump before the bottom.

Don't keep any volatile for long, and you won't be stressed.

How do you manage any possible stress coming from Bitcoin's volatility?

You need to understand that the volatility of the market price of Bitcoin is the nature of Bitcoin and nothing can be done about this. Once you understand this, you will not be stressed when the price of Bitcoin rise and fall.  Investment in general can be very stressful but once you get to understand the nature of whatever you are investing in, you will no longer feel the stress.

How do you manage any possible stress coming from Bitcoin's volatility?

How to manage up stress on engaging with Bitcoin? Just simply invest on the amount that you can afford to lose then those stress would go away because you do know that you can accept if ever those investments will be on negative since your ready to lost it up then stress wont really be there
but im not saying its 100% stress free because people would normally react when they do lost up money or seeing their ports going on reds.

Just go with the flow,it might not be perfected or profitable anytime but as years goes passed where you would able to get experience and build up your emotional aspects and foundations which would built you up as a better trader or investor.

Nothing in life should be your "cource" of happiness. It should come from within and if external things affect you so much remove them from your life or re adjust your thinking.
keep a certain amount of bitcoin stashed away and promise yourself you will not withdraw from there and once it goes in it doesn't come out again. It takes patience and discipline.
Even if you don't make much just think of it in % rather then in an amount of value so put away 20% of what you have or earn as your strategy for saving.

the secret to holding bitcoin for a very long time is having a passive income from your other businesses. Bitcoin is a very volatile commodity in order to make your life easy you need to have another source of income. thus, you can forget about your bitcoin investment and stay busy. the stress comes when your life depends on our bitcoin investments and the happiness comes when you invest in bitcoin for the long-term.

The stress side of bitcoin to me is the bounty side and the happiness side is when the coin or token is listed on exchange. Since my joined into this industry, I have been happy but my early days made me cry. In those days I lost almost my savings to scam, I was scammed from my inability to check if the project was a legitimate type of not before invest on the project. Am happy with Bitcoin all the way.

Isn't it better to just hold it, sit back and just relax.

It depends very much on everybody's finances at home, I'd say.
Even if one may have not invested much into Bitcoin and now the investment looks nice in fiat, but maybe it did look better some days ago (or in December 2017!) and then thoughts "maybe I should have sold some" come out.
And I don't even want to think on those that invested money they don't afford (at all) to lose, like the horror stories of those buying Bitcoin on borrowed money.
So even the nice (!) "sit back and relax" advice is not for everybody. And as long as there will be this volatility, some people will always oscillate between stress and happiness.

In my almost four years of getting involved (just an ordinary holder and part-time trader, nothing so great actually), I am so sure that Bitcoin can be a major source of stress especially if you bought them at a higher price and then the price made some slide. Now, I am not saying that it is Bitcoin's fault because stress in the first place depends a lot on our perception and how we are managing it. But definitely, we can categorize as a stressor at some degree.

On the other hand, Bitcoin can also be the source of "happiness" especially when the coin is having a great time jumping upwards. Certainly, there can be euphoria if in 2020 Bitcoin can go higher that its 2017 ATH. Bitcoin is known for extreme volatility and it can go from one side to the other in matter of hours and days.

No wonder that Steve Wozniak the Apple co-founder sold his bitcoin because riding the roller coaster stressed him out.

How do you manage any possible stress coming from Bitcoin's volatility?
It is a stress if you consider it as a burden. Isn't it better to just hold it, sit back and just relax. Remember, when the price is falling, there is noting to stress about since you did not make any kind of loss until you sell your coins for the lower value. The price is dropping, not the amount of coins you are holding. Instead of panicking, one can take advantage of the dip and buy even more coins. The amount of coins you own will be rising! What I am trying to say is, during this kind of events, instead of stressing out, try to be as much positive as possible and take full advantage of the situation. Even moment can be turned towards your favor if you known what you need to do and what you are doing.

This is the bitcoin emotional roller-coaster so I'm used to it even if sometimes I want to simply forget about cryptos but then I remember I love Bitcoin and Blockchain and only a weak hand would leave the market now when we're so close to a new halv. If you're a trader the stress is even bigger and happiness doesn't really comes , right ? Especially when we are almost in 2 years of full bear market. Better days will come for sure , we just need to have patience and confidence that Bitcoin will come back stronger than never.

I'm used to and it's really hard to bother me because of the prices

In the beginning, I think everyone have a lot of stress dealing with BTC, spend a lot of time with the prices, afraid to lose money
But with time you'll lose this anxiety (unless if you are a really anxious person) and if you're here for the long term, you won't care about fluctuation anymore, with patience you'll be rewarded

Yes its true bitcoin give us  stress and happiness. Why stress because if you buy bitcoin on high price then after wards bitcoin dump you can get stress by thinking when the price goes up. And we will get an happiness when we buy bitcoin in low price then bitcoin pump so we happy because we get a big profits.
That is the effect of bitcoin to us stress and happiness.

But we have to call it a normal thing because the price of bitcoin goes up and down, so don't panic, you have to be patient in dealing with this, when bitcoin goes down, many investors are stressed by the severe downfall, so our patience must be arrested and bitcoin is not like slow altcoin its rising, but I believe bitcoin will quickly grow quickly.
Being stressful with the current price of bitcoin will not bring you anything good. Worrying about its price is always there, there is nothing wrong with that. But the thing is, we should not stress ourselves.
It's normal for its price to fall, the crypto price will never become stable, and that is one of its advantages.

Basically, if we we're about to worry about the price, nothing will follow, we will just put ourselves into a state of stress, while what we should consider is to worry about the updates and news that is new to a particular cryptocurrency such as bitcoin. In that case, we might have a solution that we can further do to prevent such risk that makes us worry. To make it simple, we should consider the root why the market price is fluctuating.

I don't buy Bitcoin from a high price. Instead, I prefer buying when it is far away from a high price. After that, I just store my Bitcoin and wait. In my opinion, patience is the key
thing in this market.
