This one seems like an insider job. That's the reason why I stopped using any kind of social media starting January 2019. I deleted my personal facebook and Insta profile because I don't want to let people know how I am living my life and what I am doing on weekends or in any vacation. Making your private life visible to others is a significant risk nowadays as you can easily get spotted by someone with vicious intention. Because when others see that you have bought a car or a house, they immediately starts judging your income and jealousy follows just after that! I hope police cracks this case real soon and put the criminals behind bars!

This might be the worst scenario of being a crypto related person, whether you're a trader, seller or anything related in crypto, to them nothing is excuse, so better to keep silent and don't talk much on what's your gain in crypto for security  purposes.

The robbers probably got the user's identity from some company or someone who has information. This is the reason why I hate my identity being discovered by anyone. It's too scary to think that just because I know cryptocurrency, I could get into a situation like this. This is why I avoid KYC or any other things that could potentially risk my identity. It's kind of scary.

This was surely an inside job. That's why is always better to keep you mouth shut even when you are talking to your best friend. It's clear that the criminals new exactly what they are looking for, especially when we are talking about private keys and they knew their value. That's why the robbed him for.

This is the exact reason why I really dislike buying those bitcoin stickers and shirts. The last thing I want is to be tortured for me to give the criminals my private keys. Wearing bitcoin or cryptocurrency-related paraphernalia is pretty much like a huge "rob me" sign and is a huge unnecessary risk a person is taking.

A crypto trader from the Netherlands had been brutally tortured in front of his 4-year-old daughter, by 3 suspects disguised as police.  The investigator suspected that the criminals stole some private keys, passwords that transferred the victim's fund to the suspect's wallet. How could the criminal know his a trader and identity, location? Could this be an inside job?
