Currently my bitcoin transaction is stuck, and I just wait for time. Because I get advice from friends to be patient. I actually can not stand it, because I will use bitcoin as the cost of living.

Just go to the service section and ask some of those guys who are accelerating the tx to accelerate yours, but it will cost you a few bucks.you need to pay more fees if you want your transaction to go through smoothly.

Yes because someone to flooded the blockchain with garbage transactions. It might be people behind BCH,  the number contender coin of Bitcoin BTC.

My bitcoin transaction has been stuck for more than 12 hours now : https://blockchain.info/tx/1f15ef9777583192ae469a961f63d2d9be57d0d7524740ab7eb10206efd75e0a

Whats the best option? There is not enough BTC so i can't double spend. I have permission of receiver to withdraw funds if required because the receiver is still waiting for 1 confirmation.

Somebody who is good with math should come up with an algorithm that predicts confirmation time based on real time data.

24-hr average, or whatever we have now, is nowhere accurate, unless your goal for a transaction is to confirm in 24 hours. And I am taking a wild guess that most people want their transactions confirmed sooner.

It wold also be nice if all transactions were cheap and quick, but I guess that is too much to ask for.

Congratulations your transaction is now confirmed it has 6 confirmations now. After the long wait of 12 hours you paid good for that transaction and it's worth it. I'm also waiting for my transaction since the problem is that I only paid a very tiny fee, adjusting the fee will help us to remove those stuck transaction of ours.

4 days ago mine was 80 sat/B and I waited 3 days for it.
I have now an idea on how long I had to wait for my transaction to get confirmed.  Undecided

You paid only $2,50 for the fees of that transaction, this is so far less than the average for transactions to get confirmed at the moment. it is not going to get confirmed if you dont ask for help on the service section on this forum, or at least, if you are not a miner, you are not going to be able to proccess that transaction as soon as possible. Better to put more than five dollars per transaction, otherwise, they will get stuck for more than ten hours, just like it happened now with yours.
Be careful with that
.

now the transaction fee is very high and make a lot of transactions that jammed is very influential on us,
may be very high cost.
although I strongly objected.
but how else is this is the fact that we have to keep adding transaction costs so that no transactions are stuck

The fee is looking good, so don't worry, it will get confirmed in the blockchain eventually. It says 110.324 sat/B, that's a good one to take confirmation from the miners, I think.

I don't think it's really advisable to send bitcoin now due to superb crazy charges imagine someone sending $5 with charging fee of $10, it doesn't sound good I will advise you suspend sending bitcoin now unless one is transacting larger amount

Two days ago, the amount of unconfirmed transactions are more than 100k. This seems to be the reason why most txs are stuck and normally you only send money after it has gone down to 90k+, then you ought to pay a reasonable fee to make sure it will get confirmed sooner.

I think the other day there were a couple hundred of transactions kind of stuck, or just going through really slowly. So maybe just wait for little bit longer and see if it sorts it self out.

Oh man, this keeps getting me.

I am just unable to estimate transaction fees correctly. I ether overpay or underpay.

I do use the bitcoinfees website for help. But I am having the worst luck in accuracy of low long it would take my transactions to confirm.  Embarrassed

Since there was a massive change of mind by the users, they exchanged their BTC to Bcash and I think they are going back by now. And that is what making transactions slow I guess. Be patient a bit.

It got stuck maybe because there are now a lot of transactions going on. If you pay a higher fee it can go way faster than paying the normal fee. Your transaction will eventually be completed, but i think that it will take some time. This is normal, because sometimes i had it also. I recently bought something from steam with bitcoins, but it the transaction took very long, but in the end the game came after my transaction was completed. So you need to wait for a bit.

I think this time you have to be patient waiting for a few hours, because currently bitcoin is maintance, and that is the influence of hard fork, so I suggest you transaction after hard fork.
because after hard fork, bitcoin returns to normal and you only need to update the app to make your transactions smooth.

It's advisable that people input higher transaction fee or else their transactions are going to get stuck for a very long time, you can go the services sub forum here am sure that there are lots people who are offering their services which confirms stuck transactions.

For some days now, there has been a huge issue with the confirmation of transactions in the blockchain, due to some heavy purchase of bitcoin, this will be resolved soon.
