Your transaction likely had a low fee. If you want a more extensive look provide us with the TX hash and let us know which client/service you used to send it.

Here's a calcuator for bitcoin fees that you could use: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ It displays fees depending on how fast you'd like the transaction to confirm based on current fees.

https://blockchain.info/tx/dbb5b7fb0febd5e33928ee7034c661803c326b7648a5cbd9561cd8d908fc6c6c I sent it through blockchain app. My assumption is that, it''s due to hashing power shifted to BCH.

Still transaction shows the unconfirmed yet. I tried to accelerate the transaction but the site is not allowing me do that. Please try to use the bitcoin transaction accelerator available in the online. That will help you to make the transaction much faster to reach the destination wallet.
Because of F**king BCH every bitcoin transaction stucked from the past two or three days.

The fee per byte for your transaction was 141.081 sat/B. That seems pretty normal but given the loss in hash power with the failed S2X and BCH fiasco transactions are being processed much slower than usual.
There are accelerators that you can use but I assume that they're being overloaded with requests so much so that some sites probably can't handle the traffic.
Your transaction is estimated to be processed somewhere within the next 4-76 blocks.
There's nothing you can really do now (other than double spend to try and salvage them) but if you want the transaction to go ahead the only option is to wait it out.

Hello guys!

I am in a bit of concern as one of my BTC transaction is stuck for two days. There are 0/3 confirmations yet. I am a bit confused as this never happened before. It usually would take few hours. But it's more than 48 hours now.

The BTC network is currently heavily congested, due to a lot of hashpower being pointed at BCH right now. This results in fewer blocks to be found, which leads to reduced transaction throughput, which further aggravates the network congestion.

Unfortunately there's little you can do now but wait for one of the following to happen:

a) Your BTC transaction drops out of the mempool, meaning the BTC will be back at the original address. This could take 1-2 days more.

b) Hashrate moving back to BTC, starting to work through the backlog and eventually confirming your transaction. BCH difficulty adjusts in 11 hours, at which point you can expect hashpower moving back to BTC.

Either way it's going to be a waiting game, but if it gives some you assurance: Your coins won't get lost, they'll either get confirmed on the address that you sent it too, or they'll "move back" to the address that you sent it from..

Yeah! Too long of a wait still... And i hate Bitcointalks post time delay...

Phew, thanks for your explanation. I'm also having a few BTC transactions that stuck since two days ago. After I saw your statements - I will just wait for few more days...

Bitcoin is more profitable to mine and hashpower has switched there so you can wait because the mempool will be cleared soon.

Or you can use a transaction accelerator like ViaBTC: https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Core version of Bitcoin is broken.  161524 Unconfirmed Transactions

Use Bitcoin Cash or Litecoin next time.

How come you say core version of Bitcoin is broken? I just received the Bitcoin that i bought earlier. It only took 2 hours before my transaction got confirmed.

And for us it has been more than 3 days already.

Hello there if you don't mind, you can post here the Transaction ID of your transaction or you can PM me and I can help to accelerate it and push it if and only if the transaction is still on the network since its 2 days already.

Ours is 3 days already, a small payment to a user:

How can "you" push it?
