In my point of view, bitcoin transaction is fast because in less than an hour I could already received the payments sent to me. I believe that sometimes there is a problem with network by the fact that we can transact anytime we wishes will overshadowed the weaknesses noted.

is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.

Bitcoin can be used at a local store when combined with the goverment ID card. So, when a buyer willing to pay for groceries with bitcoin and did not get a confirmation quickly, he/she had to leave his/her copies of goverment ID card or something similar to it. And buyers should put higher fee as well!

bitcoin transaction time =/= transaction confirmation time.

transactions are super fast and it only takes a couple of seconds to reach the merchant's wallet. but the confirmation time is long and it can be from seconds to 10 minutes on average or 1 hour in the worst case scenario.

and shops can accept this based on the fact that fraud (which would be to double spend) will not happen that often and the risk would be even lower than accepting credit card as payment.

you could always use a third party as mentioned but I think we are a few years far from the wide spreads of bitcoin usage.

bitcoin via third party payment processors will be, just like c-cards now. for something large like a car, waiting 10 minutes is fine
