The events of the past few days have greatly affected the exchange value of bitcoin. Do you believe this is the demise of bitcoin or like phoenix it will rise from the ashes.

By looking at price history, still current bitcoin price is considered high. We are just used to see that bitcoin price always goes upwards that's why when a price decrease happened for about $1,000, some people will considered it as downfall without realizing how far it was goes upwards.

Just sit back and relax and continue on what you are doing to accumulate bitcoin. Soon we can expect that price increase will happened again.

Here in Brazil, we call this "correction" oscillation movement, bitcoin will soon return to normal.
this is all just FUD in the market. all because of xingling(china)

LOL I am laughing on people that believe bitcoin is going to dead Cheesy
If anyone could interpretate a graph it's pretty clear, that some people could de-invest some funds on btc, even for a bad news.
But I have see btc for some years "stable" around 500-1000 $ ... nowadays (right now) bitstamp 3400 $ Cheesy
From May to Sep. there was this big pump, so where are the "ashes" ? I see only a strong currency with a impressive volatility.
Thats it.

"Will Bitcoin rebound or die?"

As opposed to it becoming perfectly stable and doing nothing?  Huh

Might want to reword the question and try again.

really? come on,
you are asking if this is the end of Bitcoin? do you really think its going to dissapear? think about it now . . .
All the people who have been in this for 2, 3 and more years are suddenly quaking in their boots fearing
they are going to loose all the investment.

The only ones quaking in their boots are the ones who bought last week and are
fearing Bitcoin will never rise again.

Cant wait until this time next week when all this panic will be a distant memory, there will be winners and loosers  Roll Eyes

I think "next week" is a bit early to see bitcoin (and altcoin) rise again. For me, the current turbulence will last at least one month or two. But like you, I don't expect the end of the crypocurrencies.

I'm sure that Bitcoin will raise again after the storm.
But there already are tons of threads like this in this board. Why create a new one?

By the way, your question is : "Will Bitcoin Rebound or die?". It's not a question to which we reply by "yes" or "no"...  Roll Eyes

All the cryptocurrencies plunged because of Chinese regulations, and as we saw for the past couple of days, the trend will come back to normal.
Let's see what happens tomorrow for the final say of the Chinese government

remember there are the most eyes on btc now that people understand that its a better monetary system and is bringing blockchain fintech to the forefront. with a chinese exchange that probably handles chinese mining revenue closing down it only means that mining will be distributed possibly through decentralized exchanges as regulation cannot stop btc from being btc. buy low sell high. markets always reward the lazy trader. What ashes?
We are still a lot higher than 2 months ago.

Maybe there was a small bubble, and soon things are back to normal.
