I am not sure if bitcoin will touch 20k again in December 2018 because bitcoin price is very slowly to increase and I think bitcoin will need a more time to reach highest value like before. I think 10k-12k is possible value for this year.

It seems to me that this forecast is based only on emotions. Now the situation on the market resembles the beginning of 2015. Graphs of movement of bitcoin prices are very similar. From which we can assume that no re-lifting of the price to the level of 20,000 in the near future will not be. 
I would say this is only speculation. Or wishful thinking if you like to call it so.
Currently it's hard to say how the price is going to look like at the end of the year. 20000$ would be huge jump comparing to current price and honestly I don't think that Bitcoin will achieve that price again easily and so soon.
Regulation and acceptance around the world could help the price growth but there is no guarantee.

We all do not know how much will bitcoin be this coming december but hopefully it will happen again just like last year 2017 it goes up to $20k but what it matters now is you are still holding your bitcoin to avoid loss and gain big amount when the time it will pump.

Most of the crypto analyst are expecting for the price of bitcoins to reach $50k dollars because there are new countries who are legalizing cryptocurrency in their are so expect more investors to come.
As fas as I see, Bitcoin will hardly gain any USD this year, and that it will come near to its former peak in the end of 2018 is definitely impossible. Up to now, there hasn't been any good signals foreseeing Bitcoin dramatic surge. Worsely, it's been prone to fall for months and hasn't recovered any USD yet.
Even if Bitcoin's price goes up in December 2018, it can't reach 20k$ again. At this time, there are lots of factors hampering Bitcoin's upswings. For example, tightening policy of governments, frauds, and financial crimes are mitigating the desirability of Bitcoins. Getting all problems solved take time and efforts, So the duration from now till the end of this year seems too short.
A lot of us who claim to be cryptocurrency expert might be thinking that the price of bitcoin has the high possibility of increasing every ending of each year just because it went drastically high last year December. Well, it doesnt work that way. Every ending of the year does not give cryptos the opportunity to pump, there must be something that must trigger just like last year.

For me, it is hard to guess what will be the price of bitcoin in December 2018 but I hope that it will be higher that 20 000$. If that situation happens, many holders of bitcoin will sell their bitcoin and the time that we all waiting will come.

if bitcoin price in december 2018 at 20k in my opinion it is good news, but if that prediction is not real I just hope it can come true, but if the issue of legality and regulation of each country's permit has been completed peacefully also mutually beneficial I think it will be achieved even more than 20K, still waiting and successful for us all
The speculation is very high. Bitcoin is struggling to climb to 6500 to 7K. Lately, crypto is surrounded by negative news with regards to hacking news in exchanges. Still, BTC is unpredictable I just want it to reach 10k.
It will really be hard to predict such kind of thing.
But based on my personal assumptions i am much more comfortable to say that it will still be below 20k usd by december this year.
But i am very helpful that it will surpass that price though for the sake of everybody.

Also we need to consider the fact, that bitcoins behavior from last months is really unpredictable. So even if we would try to think about its price it would be a 50/50 chance to predict correctly.

No one can knows how much bitcoin price will rise this coming December but yes I believe that this December 2018 that price of bitcoin will increase, because think every December the price of bitcoin is increase, that is why I conclude that this coming December the price of bitcoin will rise again.

I think we should be more focus on stability on the bitcoin's price than fluctuations and volatility that we have see in 2017 and when it get dump we see a very high dump again like the way is going down now. It is possible for bitcoin to be able to hit $20,000 by December this year but many may lose again as we may not be able to sustain that level for long.

I hope that the price of bitcoins will reach $20m dollars before the year ends because most of the people today are holding their coins for a very long time and cannot earn profit, investing right now is the best thing to do rather than selling all your coins and just lose a huge amount of your capital.

I think that all of these circumstances right now is within control by some groups. They're paid enough to do the problems according natural occurrence, but the people wouldn't be fooled by this type of manipulations. Many of us whose eager to meet that value of $20k, was frustratingly hold their asset forcibly because of this current issues happening in the market.

Based upon the things that we see right now I am hoping the Bitcoin would be at least $10,000 till the end of 2018, but based upon the thing that was already happening with it, we can anticipate whatever.
can be more than $ 20,000, can be less than $ 20,000, or maybe just $ 20,000. we will never know.
Sure we can never know that but we just make predictions, I think it will be $10.000 by December 2018 because the fall will probably be completed till that time.
