I think the correction is over. So we are going to rise again soon. I see the price drops a bit and i think it's nothing to do with China. Bitcoin ban in China is not new to us. (....)

coindesk.com has thrown out another article presenting rumors (mostly) from deputy finance minister of Russia just yesterday. That could be the 10.000x time of russian rumors, again. But markets do react on that. Rumors along banning any payments.
In the last minutes of china money having to flee their tradesites BTCs will be capable of traveling in ten minutes, so first choice. And supply onsite nearly beeing dried out, so that last china day will likely present a green candle on all charts.
Almost no-trade-territory, neither for margin nor for new longs.

No it’s not because of China,It’s unlikely that the same precise pattern will repeat itself, mostly because the ecosystem of startups and services surrounding cryptocurrency is vastly more robust now than it was four years ago. But a vital lesson still holds: cryptocurrency prices are volatile because very few speculators actually understand the technology or its potential, leaving it vulnerable to reactive, emotion-driven swings.

I think the correction is over. So we are going to rise again soon. I see the price drops a bit and i think it's nothing to do with China. Bitcoin ban in China is not new to us. That's why i think they have nothing to do with this small dump. Maybe there are just whales who just dump their bitcoins. The drop is not that huge though. Compare from recent crash which cause bitcoin to drop at $2900. So i think theres nothing to worry. Actually it's a perfect opportunity to buy since it drop a couple of hundred dollars.

Hi all, Are we expecting a drop in price since China is going to ban crytpo by end of this month?

China is expected to finally and officially ban Bitcoin exchanges as well as the holding of ICOs all throughout China but this is already old news...the impact was felt almost two weeks ago and the market has already moved somewhere else absorbing some little good news from other countries and that is why the value of Bitcoin is now back at the $4,200 level and maybe crawling slowly into the $4,500 mark. Good thing that China right now is not influencing Hong Kong to also adopt its decision as we know that Hong Kong is technically a part of the mainland China though its administration is held separately.

ICO does not mean crypto and they are banning ICOs

Exactly, I think there are far too many newcomers who simply equate ICO and Crypto 1:1 and do not differentiate between the two. Cryptos have been with us for close to 10 years and ICO's are a more recent phenomenon.

Unfortunately since most ICO are riding on the backs of Crypto, when many of them eventually fail or turn out to be little more than outright scams, it will leave another black stain on the entire Crypto community as well.

Everyone know bitcoin value is always dropping but it do'sent mean bitcoin is always in the low price but most of the time bitcoin value is always rising. We all knows bitcoin value is always moving and bitcoin is unpredictable. Just stay calm and wait what happen next for bitcoin.

Hi all,

Are we expecting a drop in price since China is going to ban crytpo by end of this month?

No, the price drop that you are seeing is not about China. If you have been here for too long, you may see a price drop every weekends because people normally cash out because most of them you out for vacation and needed additional cash. No worries, during last week as well there is a minimal drop but comes Monday, it has recovered pushing the price to $4200 this week. So I advise you not to panic and forget all about China. They are already history. Let move forward in October without mentioning about them.

no we no longer expect any price drop because of China.
the news is already priced in. now it is time for rise. any other drop can only be because of new FUD/news not something that has been over-used.
