We unfortunately can't really have promos and bonuses because our house edge is so low (just 0.5%). Other casinos can give out regular bonuses since they take a bigger cut of every game played. If we started giving out bonuses we would have to change the payouts of our games, which I'm concerned would anger our users. I hope this explanation makes sense.

Could you please send us an email to [email protected] with the Bitcoin address where you have made a deposit? We can use that information to locate your account and then better help you out. Usually when a user has a problem like this we just need to remove an old transaction that never got confirmed from the list of deposits associated with this site.
