For very large withdrawals we do have to manually approve them, which can sometimes take a little while. This lets us verify that everything is OK and move coins from cold storage to the hot wallet. Fortunately this doesn't apply to 99% of withdrawals on our site.

Sure way is to make a giveaway for refs. But better way is to purchase advetisement on various bitcoin/gambling related sites.
