There are two coins I don't understand BCH and LTC. I understand the difference BTC-ETH or BTC-XRP, but what is the difference between bitcoin and bitcoin cash or litecoin I don't know. Ok, Litecoin is some kind of test ground for bitcoin, but BCH is really useless with its big block that will never be used...

In simple terms Bitcoin Cash was created by a bunch of grumpy angry losers led by Ver because they could not take over Bitcoin despite being whales. It was created in a rush without appropriate planning just to attack Bitcoin and to try to dethrone Bitcoin but they failed.
Between Bitcoint and bitcoint cash I prefer bitcoint, because for me bitcoint is better, until now there hasn't been any coint that can replace the privileges of bitcoint, and it remains a crypto coint number 1

As we can see, the difference of value of the bitcoin and bitcoin cash is so high, we cannot compare it directly because of it. I believe BCH is used for other purposes like what you've said, the transaction rate. But what confusing me now is that, is Bitcoin cash considered as Altcoins? and Why BCH created?

Well Bitcoin Cash has nothing in advantage over Bitcoin because the Lightning Network will end the small selling point Bitcoin Cash currently has.
