In my opinion, this is an interesting moment because even the COVID-19 outbreak and the global economic recession continue to drive up the price of bitcoin. Bitcoin has proven to be a safe haven asset. At the start of the corona pandemic up to this year, prices actually went up. On the other hand, other investment products cannot stand being exposed to COVID-19. Blockchain can play an important role in accelerating post-crisis digital transformation initiatives and solving problems highlighted in today's systems.

I think bitcoin will fall after the end of the corona virus, because a lot of people are now looking at bitcoin as a safe haven for their own money
and if a vaccine is made, a lot of people will be out of the market.

yes, I agree with you by assuming that this pandemic has no effect on market prices, in this pandemic, bitcoin is actually bullish, this proves that the pandemic has no impact on bitcoin. During the pandemic, activity restrictions have been implemented, is this the moment investors use  to invest in bitcoin so that bitcoin is bullish?

Didn't this epidemic affect the price of bitcoin? I disagree with you and we all know that bitcoin was affected by the virus and after a few weeks of being affected by this virus, it was able to start its price jump, and this in my opinion Impact on bitcoin, right?

With the recent launch of the Covid 19 vaccines, will it affect bitcoin, I assume that the Covid 19 vaccine will make the economy stabilize again, will this also affect bitcoin?  will bitcoin weaken or vice versa?
Covid 19 is a pandemic and it is bad for the world, from enonomic to social aspects. However, it is not correct if you say the pandemic, its beginning or ending will affect bitcoin. What do affect bitcoin is massive QEs over the world. Quantiative Easings from many governments only demonstrate how the central-bank-based economies are broken. They only look good when governments successfully hide the fact of their rotten economies.

The pandemic force them to do more and huge QEs, that make investors lost their faith in fiat and traditional economies. Gold and bitcoin are their favorite alternatives and bitcoin outperform gold.

Vaccines, end of the pandemic won't change it. You can see many governments are discussing and planning for more QEs even vaccines are there and in process of distributions.

When pandemic is over I think there will be more investments into Bitcoin but despite pandemic investments are still there. Covid-19 vaccines I think are still under observation because of the new strain mutation. Even when there is pandemic Bitcoin will still be good due to the fact that it reduces physical transactions.

I think it could make the market have a higher interest from the people as more will be recovering from their situation and cashless society will surely attract them, seeing how bitcoin performed even with the covid, you will see how its still growing and not getting affected with it
when the virus is removed. inflation will be lessened. but at the same time, people may gather together to talk about these coins and then more interested in them..who knows?

with the existence of mass vaccinations around the world, it looks like it will make the economy slowly recover, and when the economy recovers it looks like the crypto market can also come back better and better than now. It's only a matter of time, and waiting for the best moment for pump crypto to take place in the near future
yep! when economy recovers, more money will be put in cypto world.

It mainly depends on how much dollars the Biden administration will issue, and it has little to do with the covid-19 vaccine.

.SARS-CoV-2 is not a hacker and will not have much impact on Bitcoin. On the contrary, governments will continue to increase the monitoring of encrypted digital cash, which may affect the price of Bitcoin。We are currently in a bull market and I think it has a little or maybe no impact at all

One thing that many people don’t understand is that Bitcoin is not a tool for making money. Its biggest role is to store value. As long as its performance does not change, other things will not affect him much.

We are currently in a bull market and I think it has a little or maybe no impact at all. Institutions investing in crypto and using it as a hedge fund is what drives the bull-market currently. The effect of having the vaccine to the economy as a whole might not show a great impact as a whole since there are still some countries who are seeking vaccines to aid the pandemic and are still recovering from the demise it has brought. Even the last pandemic only affect the market for a while, it recovered as soon the lock down period started to ease up.
I think so. Covid-19 is no big deal in crypto world. Anyway, hopefully the virus will be gone as soon as possible

I think that the amount of stimulus governments have had to inject in their respective economies has weakened the confidence in currencies and crypto offers an alternative store of value. I don't think the problem will be fixed as quickly as vaccinating the public. Plus adoption trends for crypto seems to be picking up steam.  Adelaide Capital is hosting a conference on Feb 3rd and will have experts on talking about this topic. With the recent launch of the Covid 19 vaccines, will it affect bitcoin,
The COVID19 vaccine creation will help the price of the Bitcoin market but it will be a positive impact cause some investors who idle will resume back to work.

I assume that the Covid 19 vaccine will make the economy stabilize again, will this also affect bitcoin?  will bitcoin weaken or vice versa?
The COVID19 vaccine won't help in making the economy stable but it will help to build an increase in the real world trading, investors confidence, and other social activities.

Unfortunately with the recent vaccine launch it still doesn't change anything I think, because even the number of Covid19 cases is still increasing and with that, it doesn't look like there will be any major changes happening in the near future. But apart from vaccines, the price of bitcoin is actually continuing to decrease every day and I don't think that has anything to do with the vaccine because even the price can still go up and down significantly during a pandemic.

Covid 19 is probably the main reason for Bitcoin's latest bull run, as governments have been printing money to counter faltering economies, and therefore creating the fear of inflation.

Print twice as much money, a can of coke will simply cost twice as much (excuse my over-simple example).

It's probably more reliable to look at economic figures such as GDP, budget deficits and also employment to figure out how much fiscal easing governments could introduce, thereby devaluing currency and boosting bitcoin.

Essentially, this process is going to go way beyond the vaccine, so sit back with some popcorn, coz this is going to be a whole boxset, not just a single episode  Cheesy

I honestly don't think it gave out a negative impact, it's a cryptocurrency after all and because of Bitcoin being accessed virtually is a strong factor that COVID cannot touch Bitcoin and the activities, as a matter of fact, the ATH of Bitcoin reached $40k during the pandemic, which means if the vaccine becomes possible, more activities and more opportunities for people to start investing and make a move, which only means that Bitcoin could possible become stronger, although the price may seem to have a drop, I am positive that the next run is near.

There's another school of thought, bitcoin only profited because the whole economy was in an unstable state and investors where looking for alternative source of income which bitcoin has to be the best or only option available which is why it was receiving the level of attention it was getting. Let imagine a 2020 without Covid19, there's every possible the market won't have growned this much.

That bitcoin was successful in the pandemic doesn't automatically means it'll do well in a stable economy per se. Investors will go back to their traditional means of investing that's more safe to them. Precious metals, stocks, bond and the forex market will start booming again.

This will then have a short term negative effects on the market, although on a long term scales the market is always bullish and none of the short term fuds should distract you from investing for the future.

the title of the thread should not be "vs" because both btc and vaccine are not in the competition but they are helping each other  .
when there is covid , we have btc to do cashless transactions and help us earn but now its the covids vaccines turn to help fight the covid virus and if all cleard this will also help btc  price do more
but what im afraid of is that btc may also not do more because people will also go back by using offline currencies

Yes it will, but it will just for a while. The vaccine issue has been discussed since last year, and indeed the impact was felt especially for some investment places. However, until now does not have a significant impact, you can imagine if everyone thought that a vaccine could change the economy well, then last year the world economy should start to slowly improve.

Moreover, we are hearing now about a new virus derived from Covid which will certainly have a bad impact on everyone's psychology, especially an investor. I am sure they will be comfortable with keeping all their money in the investment place they choose, so that there will likely not be a drastic drop in prices for each investment place especially bitcoin.

Well, it depends on the efficacy of the vaccine, if it is effective enough to control the disease then this will definitely impact the global economy positively and will affect the bitcoin market.
Now many institutions are also involved in bitcoin and it will positively reinforce the crypto market and you will see a boom in the market in a year or two. So brace yourself and buy some bitcoin if you have savings.
