What bitcoin wallet that allow the user to send bitcoin with 0 fee?

Any wallet will let you send without a transaction fee. However, if you do not add a fee, then your transaction will be significantly slower to go through. Fees are quite small and reasonable, anyway.

I used blockchain yesterday for my first Bitcoin Transaction and they took a small fee (~10c).

Here in our country philippines we use coins ph,, it an all in one bitcoin site,
Its an exchanger, you can pay your bills ,book flight tickets, buying steam wallet coder, buy top up for your phone, and lastly you can exhange your btc into fiat and withdraw anytime you want.

No, don't use an online wallet if you can at all avoid it. Web sites should serve as service providers, not as storage for one's precious coins.
I only use that site in buying top up for my phone and exchanging my btc into fiat.,but my btc were on coinbase and blockchain for security purposes..and i recently created a xapo account

I use blockchain.info wallet. Never had any problem with them. It's a very trusted and safe wallet. You just need to keep your identifier (to login), password and email. The fees aren't so high...

But there is another trusted wallets, try to know more about each one and choose that one you liked more.

Xapo is one of the best wallets as you can send as low as 0.0001 BTC unlike coinbase which has some restriction and Xapo doesn't charge any fee. Blockchain is good if you want to send/receive money instantly as xapo transactions take time to confirm (you need 6 confirmations when you receive coins).

I would suggest blockchain.info, wallet the most widely used, for safer just add google authenticator.

I know you get bitcoin from the faucet, so you need without fees. maybe xapo or Coinbase good for you.

Why don't you recommend online wallets? Seems secure with the 2 way facotr. No?

the problem with online wallets is that someone could hack the website and steal all the coins (including yours).

If you plan storing serious amounts of bitcoin better uses a desktop wallet and seeks to keep it safe.

For online wallet with a low fee I recommend to use it blockchains.info. But for wallet without fee i think Coinbase, but do not know now because I already do not use their services again. Or you can get more wallet from here https://www.bitcoin.com/choose-your-wallet thank you

There's no wallet named "bitcoin chain". I would advise to use blockchain.info legacy wallet. Don't use the new wallet until after they fixed all the problem and/or have a simpler import address feature for the non-imported addresses

I highly recommend not using an online wallet..if you really want to use Coin base, if desktop wallet use Armory or Electrum. Fees are recommended if you want your payments to be properly passed on
