No matter how strong the encryption of your paper wallets/digital wallet files are, it's a bad choice to store them in the cloud where they can get seized/stolen by whatever entity. Hackers getting access to your cloud are sneaky and smart enough to come up with a plan to somehow make your device infected to take it over in the hope you have saved up your passwords/encryption keys somewhere. It's of course an extreme situation, but it's risky enough to make it not a wise plan to use cloud for such purposes.
I am not sure who it was, or whether or not he encrypted his wallet file, but a high level member of this forum has been a victim of theft with as result that he lost plenty of coins. He was storing his wallet file in I believe it was his email box. If someone still remembers this, point me towards that thread if you can find it, because I can't.
