It will be hard for bitcoin to be legalized in all countries but I believe that it will happen in the next next years.Or even some agenda in attempt to control and manipulate Bitcoin for their own gain which could not be achieved so they would ban it instead or declare it as illegal.
In my opinion, it depends on how the governments of each country receive the legitimacy of bitcoin. Countries have their own policies that need to be implemented to embrace good governance. To have a better and stronger nation for future generations.

Well, if talking about legitimacy means to make it legal in their country state. In some instances some country have not yet recognized the inflation of BITCOIN BTC in their economy due to lack of seminars and trainings on how they control the flow chart of BITCOIN BTC thru their market value. there are countries that have completely banned bitcoin and all the crypto currency in general. it seems to me that if the governments of the G-8 countries formally adopt the mandatory crypto currency, then the governments of those countries where it is banned will have to obey.
yes, it is possible. if the countries has seen the positive effect on other countries that are involved in bitcoin they will be forced to be involved and allow it to flow in such countries
