Anonymity give the privacy to the builders of the coin which make them secure of any abuse and safe but investors need to know who is the moderator and stuff's like that but now it dosen't matter because it made it and didn't fail yet and it won't fail i have faith only in it

According to our knowledge. which can ruin a bitcoin project is one of the bitcoin users themselves. if a bitcoin currency user can not use properly then a crime arising from an illegal transaction involving a bitcoin currency will occur. we can not control all the users inside bitcoin to use this technology wisely, because the user of that currency exists all over the world that is made up of various people and cultures.

One of the best features of Bitcoin is it's anonymity. This is also one of the reason why countries are banning or at least hesitant to embrace the technology. From money laundering to illegal drug transactions to human trafficking. We always blame the FUD from mainstream media, financial institutions like banks, the government etal. But do you think, the one that would "kill" Bitcoin is actually the nature of it.

Here's another news where Bitcoin was being used in an illegal activity. This will raise a lot of eyebrows because it concerns our children.

http://www.news.com.au/finance/money/investing/bitcoin-could-become-illegal-after-its-blockchain-was-discovered-containing-child-abuse/news-story/bf486e6e8de453fd7ad2abba019952dd

Probably it will happen. It's a black hole ready to implode on itself because of the price drops over a period of a few months. I just hope bitcoins recover eventually and someone should update the speed of transfer and the eventually the transaction fee will be reduced.

Bitcoin using decentralized system and i think its hard for any government to issuing regulation. Fiat money can be used for illegal activity and fiat money regulated by government.
Illegal activity is depending on user and bitcoin or fiat money is just a tool.

The anonymity is not a bad thing it is a based persepctive wether or not it is good or not.Bitcoin is pseudonymous, meaning that criminals have a chance of getting caught based on the transparency of the blockchain.

While I personally think Bitcoin, one day vanish, since alt will take over some or another. But you can't blame Bitcoin for being use for illegal activities. After all, criminals look for safest way, it's not like Bitcoin main target was to make world better for criminals. On another note, main criminal currency is fiat. But you don't go to central bank or write article about how some huge criminals are using fiat. This is for sole purpose to get all negative aspects out of it. While some countries will get BTC banned, other ones will take opportunity to make huge amount of money out of it.

Yes, some people are just using bad news about bitcoin and this is just their tactics so that they will all get the benefits  of using and holding btc while others keep dumping it, soon when btc rises again whales and bad news spreader will all get the benefits.

Criminals use different ways to fund their illegal activities, not only Bitcoin.
Besides, Bitcoin transactions are not 100% untraceable, governments, if they want, can track any transaction.
Anonymity, is an advantage more than a disadvantage, this is just another excuse to ban Bitcoin.
If Bitcoin disappear, will criminals stop their activities!!

Hello. in my opinion and I think bitcoin can fund illegal activities. although we all hope for a world in peace and harmony, friendship. there seem to be people who are not in the same opinion and are using all the opportunities to fund illegal actions

It is true that Bitcoin has an anonymity. But every Bitcoin transaction can be seen and traced very clearly. This is where I think that the anonymity of Bitcoin is not entirely anonymous, because it is covered by blockchain technology.
Exactly, it is anonymous but Blockchain technology made it more trust worthy and one can not blame Bitcoin for its anonymity. Anyone can invest in this business using Blockchain technologies. Only you can make it risky if you do not take care of your wallet.
Yes i brlieve that bitcoin cannot kill it self there is no way to kill it self. I think the bitcoin will really last long based on the community support and it is really the most trusted coin, we cannot really say that this bitcoin will kill it self because there is no basis at all. Bitcoin is really amazing and we can really gain on it.

Everything In this world has an ending and this bitcoin might be gone, but no one knows when It's going to be happening. The most Important Is the present and while bitcoin technology still plunge Its value, Its better to Invest without hesitation. The Long-term period must be used to feel the essence of profits from bitcoin.

The anonymity feature isn't going to kill bitcoin. What's going to kill bitcoin is the unfair regulations it will be receiving and the continuous oppression of the uninformed media about the said cryptocurrency. The feature of anonymity alone isn't really harmful for bitcoin's growth, but the color the media painted bitcoin giving the public a distaste to this feature that was once praised by people. Little do these brainwashed people know that fiat is also anonymous, especially when the deal is made behind closed doors as there would be no trail whatsoever to follow in the event of fraud and illegal trades.

No she or he will not do that always look at the positive side bitcoin has a good purpose and good regulations ignore those people who are spreading bad news against bitcoin remain our loyalty and trust we will rise  patience and understanding is key to have profits and also by promoting will have energy not dies.

You are quite correct on this. Because with their hidden privacy, almost anything can be done and they walk away easily. But then the technology been offered is of great benefit to the human race if and only if, it would be looked into properly.

Unfortunately, some of the earliest adopters of all new technologies have been criminals. Their activities involve high risk operations, so they are willing to use state-of-the-art technology. That has nothing to do with bitcoin per se. Every disruptive invention in the history of humankind has initially gone through this phase, so will bitcoin. The next phase is widespread adoption!

Money is also being used for technology as well. I do not think it will be a problem after taking the necessary precautions. The result is technology that has developed thanks to this currency and has many advantages.

I doubt it. Btc still strong and profitable. Only those people invested on the peak of btc price could lose hope on btc. Btc price still compare to 2 years ago and soon the price will soar high.

Bitcoin won't die, Although the government wants paper money more than the digital currency, but in the long run they will surely love BTC. BTC won't kill itself but will improve itself.

I think Any disturbing discoveries in human history have originally passed through this phase, as well as bitcoin. The next phase is widespread adoption!

KobbyC some governments announced how they work on cashless economy in their countries. Advanced countries,
not some dictatorship countries. I don`t know who want`s cash this day`s except criminals?! Same answer is for creator
of this topic, it`s not about private use and anonymity among people, if one company have registered Bitcoin wallet they
will not be able to cheat their workers and paying them for their work, for example.
I agree with you King! Every discovery had period of adaptation, every discovery had supporters and haters. Bitcoin
will enter in next stage, accepting Bitcoin by big companies and institutions is that stage!

This aren't true Bitcoin was actually created to solve the of centralised currency, the fact that Bitcoin is used to perpetrate crime does not mean it will kill itself because before Bitcoin creation crimes were committed with Fiat currency and of course that doesn't kill it.
