I think you are wrong, the bitcoin is firstly not to predict so that is one reason why I'm not thinking the same.
Another reason is that the halving is coming and because of that it can reach this amount easily I'm very sure of that.
The last reason is you have to keep in mind the bitcoin is growing and the number of people that are investing is also so that is another one why it would be reached.

the price went already over the $700 price level. why didn't you sell your coins at that time? it was the perfect time to secure profits.

$700 is not a problem now, we already crossed that mark but now we are down again, but this price can be achieve in next couple of days and it would be good to see the stable price at $750 till we reach halving.

Bitcoin can reach $1000 at the time of halving but not before that, as we have not yet achieved $800 but we almost near 700$ mark so it will take time to cross or reach to the value of $700 I guess may be 1 or 2 months...

It is really hard to know what is going to happen with the future later with Bitcoin and that is bad because you have you dont even know what to do sometimes later in the future.
And that is the problem of Bitcoin because you must sometimes take some risks with it.
