Yes it is likely that we will see this price at the time of halving as price is stable now and will start rising once we start getting closer to halving and may be it can reach $1k by the end of the year.

reached number 700 USD is not impossible. all can occur after halving. and I am very confident halving will make bitcoin be very strong in the currency exchange market.

The bitcoin will rise to a higher amount soon or later this year, I really have no doubts about that because the halving is coming.
The halving will let the miners make less more profit but in fact the worth will also go up and that is a good thing for us(the investors).

For me it doesn't really matter if it happens this year or next year. I just want the price to go up in a manner that it will stay above or somewhere around that price level. If that happens, then I'm more than happy. But knowing Bitcoin is full of surprises and volatility, it might also go in the other direction. Let's hope for the best.
