No one can say for sure, especially since bitcoin has not matured.
Adoption by new people coming in and more and more businesses accepting bitcoin means the network effect continues to be strong and growing every day.
Since there are a limited number of coins, it would seem that if bitcoin survives the value of a bitcoin will likely rise in the long run for quite some time.
Of course there will be ups and downs as the herd spooks (down) or becomes exuberant (up). That is the nature of the herd. Be the wolf instead.

I think after some consolidation at this level we will head downwards a bit. A nice, healthy corrective wave down to the 130-150 range would do it.

I'm predicting that bitcoin value will start to fall back down soon, as the number of Chinese buyers drops.
The question is....WHEN?
We have all seen corrections after big jumps like this one.
It went to $230+ very fast so now we are back at $200
but is this the correction before it hits record value? or is it just going to crash down hard, and then gradually climb back, like it did after April's crash (up and down but consistently on the rise).
All I know is current trends since April make me feel like its more likely to move up, but at the gradual pace we saw in previous months, and eventually break its own record.
