sounds like you should be advertising with operationfabulous.com instead ! 
I earned 0.12055 BTC with bitcoin advertisers and thought it was weird I wasn't paid, since you are supposed to be paid every 0.1btc. I emailed their support asking when I would get paid and a link to my stats. I got this reply:
"Regrettably that type of website violates our TOS. Please let me know
if you have any additional questions."
I'm not exactly sure how I violated the TOS since after reading through them I'm not sure what I violated
(could be wrong though). I haven't forced anyone to click or anything and here are my stats: Earnings: 0.12055 BTC | Impressions: 309 | Ad clicks:30
Maybe I might have violated their terms but I don't know which and now I am kind of annoyed that all my earnings are lost.
