When publishers check their balance their is a notice to contact support on the website contact form if their payment is delayed for a discussion of any TOS or payment delay issues.

BTW, is Andrew Bitcoiner and BitcoinAdvertisers.com the same person?

If users violated the TOS they should be warned and/or blocked from using the service instead of letting them display the ads (and maybe people click on them too) but not pay them for that.

Yes, they don't tell anyone that their account is blocked unless you email them, the ads were still showing on my site for ages.

But then Andrew wouldn't be able to scam a bunch of free BTC from publishers!

The relevant Terms you agreed to when signing up for the service were

Quote
Prohibited Uses. You shall not, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to: (i) directly or indirectly generate queries, Referral Events, or impressions of or clicks on any Ad

Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Hey wait a minute! http://www.bitcrate.net/ uses your advertising and tells people to view ads and has a timer like my website. How come they get paid?
They don't.

So they don't get paid? Then why do they put the ads there...
Because nobody has told them that they aren't getting paid.

Oh makes sense, bitcoinadvertisers doesn't contact you about it unless you email them...

I'd like to apologise to bitcoinadvertisers for spamming operationfabulous here without thinking about how unprofessional it was!  Tongue

I don't blame you. The guy doesn't pay to publishers (only small amounts).

And your service is good (I use it daily for advertising).

sounds like you should be advertising with operationfabulous.com instead ! Smiley

But with them you have to earn 1btc to be paid and you don't get ads all the time, I liked BitcoinAdvertisers until they wouldn't pay me Sad

Also, I replied to their email saying I had broken their TOS and they still haven't replied...
The payout system at op-fab is different now, I get payments every night regardless of the amount, we changed it recently.

I earned 0.12055 BTC with bitcoin advertisers and thought it was weird I wasn't paid, since you are supposed to be paid every 0.1btc. I emailed their support asking when I would get paid and a link to my stats. I got this reply:

"Regrettably that type of website violates our TOS.  Please let me know
if you have any additional questions."

I'm not exactly sure how I violated the TOS since after reading through them I'm not sure what I violated Huh (could be wrong though). I haven't forced anyone to click or anything and here are my stats: Earnings: 0.12055 BTC | Impressions: 309 | Ad clicks:30

Maybe I might have violated their terms but I don't know which Huh and now I am kind of annoyed that all my earnings are lost. Sad
