He just sent wrong amount and payment system don't recognize it. To prevent future wrong amount because the value of the credit is based on usd, I think its better to change the value based on mbtc. So lets say 1mbtc = 10 credits, I think it will be better..
No, wrong amount not because usd. The payment system identify who made payment based on amount. Otherwise what for it display not 0.001 BTC but 0.0010321 because this amount associated with concrete id.
Just click "Open wallet" when you making payment and it automatically enter correct transaction data to your bitcoin wallet. Or copy amount.

You can find how provably fair works. Click on eye in the bottom of site and then Check it. You will see the explanation how it works and auto checker.
We have intuitive UI so we do not need FAQ.

Played this slot today .Simple and sleek design .Though the combinations for winning are really less ,because getting 3 in a row of the same type is hardly possible like after so many games .I played around 75 games but couldn't even get the winning combination even once.
