I've sent bitcoins week ago. Checking order status gives blank page. Also haven't got any response to my e-mail.

Scam or just a poor service?

You have never sent an email.  Ask any of our customers. We answer within 24 hours.  Contact us through the appropriate channels. Also,  it's a little fishy you would post a WEEK later when our site clearly states that if you order outside of business hours you will get it in the morning processing.  Additionally most payments are processed within 1-2 hours during business hours and ALL orders are processed on the day they are received during business hours.

**UPDATE**: July 15,2011

This user has still not contacted us.  We can only assume this was an attempt to spread ill will towards us.  We do not know what this person's agenda is.  We will remove this notice when the user rescinds his negative, baseless, libelous feedback.  Based upon this situation at this current time we can not recommend doing business with this individual named comboy.

BitcoinCashout.com will be adding another denomination of cards to its standard order list.  We would like to know what our users would like to see.  Please vote in the poll.

For those interested, I can happily report that the $100 TD Bank Visa gift card I got from BitcoinCashout does infact work at Canadian brick and morter locations, I tested it today with no issues.  This is really of no suprise to me however, since it works like any other US visa would at a retailer and Canadian retailers happily accept American credit cards.  You'd hear a lot of complaints by American travelers and tourists if their credit cards didn't work in Canada afterall. Smiley

Thank you for the report.  We will be adding this to the FAQ.  We also have confirmation that our cards have worked in New Zealand.

I'm just concerned about getting them to work with online retailers.

Our cards pass all AVS checks if registered.  Registration takes approximately 5 minutes.

Well, the load price wouldn't be as bad if it weren't for the very low $250/day limit. At those prices it's better to stick with the nonreloadable cards.

Glad to hear you will have reloadable cards, though I'm a bit disappointed at the load fees. They seem to be rather steep.

Hello error,
We agree the price is a bit steep as well. Unfortunately cost is significant on our end with the re-loadable cards.  We try to be highly competitive in pricing. This can be seen from our prepaid card selection being the lowest currently available in the marketplace.

Negotiations are currently taking place with a few banks which, if successful, will allow us to also offer re-loadable cards which may be used internationally.

We strive for the best prices available and excellent customer service.

Thank your for your interest in our product,

Bitcoin Solutions LLC Management

BitcoinCashout.com is currently down.  We have experienced an influx of DDoS attacks on the website and are transitioning to a new server.

We are back up.  More cards in 20 minutes.

Any way you can do Canadian cards? Not many online Canadian retailers will accept American cards.

We have a Canadian customer who will be leaving feedback regarding if these work in Canada.  They should, as the bank that is issuing them to us is a Canadian based bank.  We were also told by the bank that they should work in any country not on the OFAC list. Unfortunately, we can not confirm or deny this situation until we receive feedback from customers in their respective countries.

Ok, I was wondering as the main place I shop online is newegg.ca, and they will only take Canadian credit cards.

Are you getting them from RBC?

We are now back in stock.  We have also removed MtGox merchant services so the checkout procedure should be nice and smooth.  Get em' while they're hot!

I like the new format much better now, don't even need an email address (for people concerned about privacy).

I can also confirm that physical cards are shipped quickly and securely.  I received mine in only a couple days (though I am right around the corner from these guys).

Haha, ok.  I figured as much, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
