Hey Everyone,

I was recently a victim of fraud by this casino & lost well over 7.5k CAD. I have a post on bitcointalk scam accusations which you can directly find by viewing my profile. They used to be a legit casino prior to march before they started preforming an exit scam with glitchy/malfunctioning/rigged games, bad support & longer cashouts. They don't have a compensation fund for players effected by malfunction from the provider & will just steal your deposits and avoid any type of compensation. They used to care about their VIP players but they are 100% fraudsters now & you will lose your money if you play here. Avoid these scammers.

Thanks,
Elton Gashi

thats a bummer.  I've played here with no issue in the past, but maybe now I won't.  So sorry this happened to you.

I am/was an affiliate for Bitcoincasino.io and while at one time they were honest, , fair and one of the best crypto casinos out there as of the past few months they have become increasingly worse.

They don’t pay withdrawals within 5 minutes or less as they claim, and frankly I have never been paid out that fast while cashing out from there. Over the past few months when I have waited over an hour for my withdrawal and go talk to live support about the status they give me a canned reply stating, “We draw your attention to the increased amount of withdrawal requests we get during these times caused by the pandemic. Therefore the waiting time of your cashout in the queue could be longer than usual. Despite this, we process all your requests carefully by turn order as before. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with any approximate time frames , because I do not want to misinform you. Thanks for understanding!”

It’s so incredibly ridiculous, they make excuse after excuse and the worst part is their support staff blames it on management but when you ask to talk to management they say they can’t do that and to, “Continue being patient”
(CHAT WITH REP JULY 2019 AFTER THEY DETECTED DUPE ACCOUNT) : https://imgur.com/b0C5czV

This week is what sealed their fate for me, one of my referrals through the affiliate program requested a cashout, he has withdrawn previously and had no issues aside from the long wait for receiving funds.

He had requested a cashout of £200 using BTC 07/14/2020 which was the same currency he deposited in. They continued to delay his deposit for over 12 hours, which is when he contacted me to see if I have ever had to wait that long for a cashout. I told him no and followed up by speaking with the affiliate manager, after about 24 hours I received a reply and she said she would check it.

She informed me that the player had a duplicate account and that they will be requesting documents from him, he had not been informed of this yet, and so when I told him he was surprised to hear this, although he did inform me that when he signed up in July of 2019 he was informed by the chat that the detected multiple accounts and his account would not be eligible for bonuses. But in that same chat log he asked many pertinent question, one of them being,”Will this affect my ability to withdraw?” Which the chat representative replied, “No” I also asked the affiliate manager, why they decided to ask for KYC for this withdraw rather than the said the second account was started in July, I told her, “Yes, July of 2019 as seen in the chat transcript above.” She had no reply for that.

Fast forward to now, he has submitted his KYC documents and has had them approved, only to then have them denied shortly after and now they remain in a pending status and is being given the runaround by every chat representative. I find this absolutely ridiculous that they are not providing any answers, they are lying to myself as I have gone and spoke to them myself demandding answers. He has been trying all day to receive his £200 in btc cashout, now that he has fully complied with KYC, and no one gives a straight answer.

I STRONGLY URGE PLAYERS NOT TO PLAY OR DEPOSIT AT BITCOINCASINO.IO DUE TO THESE SKETCHY ROGUEISH BEHAVIORS THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS!!!

I just tried this casino and it requires KYC to withdraw. Luckily, I tried with only pennies.
Hell no! I will not submit any documents for withdrawal.

It's highly not recommended to play here. Stay away.

I played there before they forced KYC, support was excellent, withdrawals instant and enormousness VIP bonuses weekly sometimes even more than two

It is always recommended to read the full terms of the site you are going to play so you know whether KYC is required or not in advance.
...

It is exactly what I wrote in my thread ToS, do you read it before using new platforms?.
...
Real men don't read the ToS, they try Cool

Good that you play with small amount only, but I wonder how if you win huge with that small amount? Will you do the KYC?
No, KYC from Indonesia is worthless anyway.

A bit clue to make it easier than reading the terms, check the available payment methods.
It is exactly what I wrote in my thread ToS, do you read it before using new platforms?. To save time, people can go to Terms of service, or FAQs and use some key words that they want to find out, such as KYC, withdrawals, etc. ToS is long to read it all but FAQs is shorter and you can spend less time to read all contents in FAQs.

If the site also accepts fiat payment method, high possibility that you'll be asked for KYC.

I am here for some feedbacks of this gambling website. I just notice that the website is really good in buffing, there are no more than 5 seconds to buff all the features of the website which is good. In terms of organizing there is a little bit conflict for me because of the way that the announcements are in the bottom and not on the top which makes me confused. But, overall I still have a great experience in this gambling web.
I also try to open it in my tablet and it is very adaptable in the environment (tablet) which is also thumbs up to me.

I have to say that the design of the site is good. I have now joined, do we need a kyc for the draw?

For withdrawal of the winnings from sign-up freespins - yes, you'll be asked for KYC, in other cases - each case will be considered individually.
 Smiley
I have to say that this is not a good thing, because many players do not prefer the sites that request kyc especially if the gains they got a few. However, I will submit the kyc

What's with this live gambling almost many famous casinos have implemented this and I can see that almost everywhere I see the same thing. Are you guys using some API like someone is providing you there live gambling feature? If that's so then you don't have to worry about the bankroll for those but also considering the fact that the return of the winnings is also not in your hand. Anyway, I see your website has good graphics almost similar to Clash Royals game.

I am not sure that it will attract more gambler to come to your site because many of us don't like KYC and they are staying away from the gambling site which use KYC to withdraw.
I think that is not fair for the gambler because the gambler applies the KYC, but the gambling website doesn't apply KYC, and the gambler doesn't know who was behind on the site and who was the owner of the site.
That will be good if we know each other if the gambling website wants to use KYC for their members.

I think the KYC should be mandatory on any casino website, otherwise, the number of scammers will gradually increase and it will be difficult to identify the right people. Your Bitcoincasino.io website is really very attractive to see. But as far as I can remember, it takes enough time for the website to load up your web site so that it is too high, and not only that the browser that is open from the browser also becomes very slow. Without it, I do not think your website has any further problems. There are so many such features in a website that so many games are found in very casino websites.

There is no way people want to play on site which is having KYC on their terms. It is not like they do not want to play there but by getting KYC, they will have all of the personal information reveal for them. We never know what will they use for, but preventing it must be a better way instead of cure it. And btw what is the point of having this bitcoin from the start if every site offer KYC as their main thing on their site?

HI,

Where i can play 25 free spin? And what are requirement for withdraw? I can't find info about!

Surely you have to wage your winnings 10 to 20x times before able to withdraw in the site. That's should be one of the basic rules in the majority of Online casinos.

I think that rule is not a good one as it turn off many gamblers. If the casino offers 25 free spins and no questions asked if you win they will still win in the long run as the gambler will surely return there. This is something that marketing departments of online casinos are failing to understand.

Yes, right, KYC is required in most cases if a player asks for a withdrawal. Smiley
Is there any chance to play or withdraw fiat? Seems like any website that applied KYC is providing fiat deposit/withdrawal in order to prevent money laundering (always be the main reason for every KYC implementation).

We are in a crypto forum here and almost all of us play mainly with crypto because of its anonymous nature and the fact that up to a certain decent amount we can withdraw without any KYC.Of course on huge amounts KYC is asked on crypto casinos too in order to confirm the identity of the winner.

You willl not have any success here if you say in most cases we will ask KYC.

KYC is something I am very against as well but some companies have to do it to apply with the official licenses and all that so I understand it.
Don't get me wrong as long as there are places that do not require KYC then I am going to keep playing there and not prefer the ones with KYC personally, but that doesn't mean I do not understand it.

I get that some companies want to become way more legit and run the casino like a professional place instead of just some crypto place which means you will have to register with the authorities which will ask you to implement KYC and that is why some places have that. Not all places have KYC so they can "not pay" some people who decline it and all that shady business, so some of them are just too professional to not ask for it. Its totally acceptable.
