why my withdraw still pending?

If you read up-thread, you'll see a suggested solution. Cancel the withdrawal and give it another go.
You go to the withdrawal history then just beside your latest withdrawal request if it is not successful then you will find a "cancel" button. You cancel that transaction and again go back and try for withdraw or wait for few minutes and try.
