Too many scams, especially those launched by newbies, all look like some sort of high school student projects to me. They just want quick money, scam and cheat.
if they use escrow for the Pre-ICO than they may gain some trust but now I think it is very late for them. good to know peoples are learning and awareness about scams are increasing.

it is 100% a scam if the owner don't ready to use escrow.. every ICO which are being handled or done without escrow. are scams. people should stay away from these type of sites.

Identifying the scammers identity is somehow the most difficult thing to do. we sure can always warn but these determined scammer is getting bolder. Someones gotta snitch.
