Out of those 5, I would say BTC, ETH and XRP are worth buying, LTC less so, and I don't think Doge should be up there for consideration really.
If you're looking for big percentage gains, then the best coins are to be found amongst those lower in marketcap - but here of course comes more risk.

Open opinions is a clear sign of support, like what you have said those all coins have its potentials but if you are considering splitting your investment, it's best to choose these 3 top coins and spend much higher percentage, if you feel like buying also the two other coins, you can use small amount of your money, but again it will be depends on how you anticipate and how will you do your research.

the five cryptos in the title are surely will increase at the end of this year, but for me bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin are my top cryptos to invest.

My predict Bitcoin target price this month is $ 8500, and this year is about $ 20k, lite coin this year about $250 and ethereum price this i hope more than $800, ripple this year i think can hit $1,5 and doge about 90 satoshi

I agree with your thoughts, sir. It is better to focus on bitcoin or ethereum to invest long-term. Because they have a huge potential, of course the future is very good. See the development of bitcoin and ethereum this week. It is very good to buy these coins.

People have very huge expectation on the Ripple because it is also generating very huge volumes in the market after Bitcoin and ETH, but it is a very tough job to reach 10$. Once the price of Bitcoin should be more than 50000$ which helps the Ripple to cross the value of 10$ easily.

Ethereum because there is lots of event going to happen in ethereum main chain in 2019 based on white paper there is maximum supply limit , there will be pos implementation lots so if your holding ethereum for couple of months will give good return.

I used to love bitcoin and ethereum, but because of the fall of the market last year it made me lose a lot of money , but now I see the two coins slowly starting to pick again, and I am very disappointed of course because I already threw it away,

I think all the coins you mentioned have good future potential but with different rates of price increases
I would rather just focus on bitcoin and ethereum for long-term investment because the two coins are the most potential to be able to give a very large increase in the future
maybe at the end of this year, we won't see a significant increase as happened at the end of 2017, but I hope the market will still be able to get a pump increase at the end of this year even though it's not too high

bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin are my favorites and i believe in these three coins and i will not invest in ripple or doge coin, for different reasons.
but if the prices of my three favorite coins rise as desired, i can not say either. i hope so, but nothing is really safe in life.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge and Ripple are buying by a lot of people who is prefer to buy cryptocurrency. but I don't believe Ripple will be worth $ 10 in future. I don't need to mention that Ripple isn't decentralized.

Hmm, are you sure you are not just guessing this value and you can really proof it because the last time ethereum touched that value was when all altcoins were all pumping before they all got dumped and ever since they got dumped, even their product has not been able to work for the value if not recently that bitcoin started spiking and they are all following behind bitcoin.

I wonder how lazy those altcoins are that they cannot perform on their own without their Bitcoin pulling them up. Before ethereum can reach $1000 by the end of this year, then bitcoin should be around $25,000 which i don’t see BTC meeting that target this year.

As always, bitcoin is still the best bet for coins that will increase 100%, although the altcoins at the top 50 will also increase since they are the ones always following the uptrend of bitcoin now, other altcoins will not experience any major increase until their own season which I don’t expect until next year, during their own season, you can expect coins like TRON, MTC, BAT, and many other altcoins with solid projects to have up to 1500% increase.

So for this year, I will advise you out your investment only in bitcoin, the reason why I advised bitcoin is because these top altcoins still have to wait for bitcoin to increase before they do and bitcoin increase is always higher, so there is no point wasting fees in transferring fund to other coins.

Doge is a coin heralding the bull market for me. First it is unreasonable to look at it. Already in price periodically rising. You just have to wait.

Ethereum looks like it's in a moment of steady climb. He will probably try to reach 400USD later this semester. From these suggestions, I would bet on him. Of course, it is possible to find several other projects that can go up a lot too, but of those that are among the largest I would only bet on ETH.

right now while seeing the development of Bitcoin my mind goes only with the Bitcoin investment because we all want a huge profit it was possible only with the investment on big currencies that's why I choose Bitcoin only for the future of my life.

I don't know where you read this "news" but since you're asking a very rookie question, I would advise you to be very careful about following suggestions given to you on this forum, on Youtube or related sites, and even from legit crypto news sources. 

All of crypto is pure speculation.  When you hear about the possible benefits of networks like ETH and NEO, it might sound like this stuff is going to change the world....but it hasn't yet and might not ever.  And NOBODY here is going to be able to tell you with any amount of certainty which coins are going to make you money.  All they'll recommend are coins they own in the hopes that you'll buy them too, thereby driving up demand and price.

When you're researching coins to invest in, all I can say is read carefully and try to put your emotions aside.  Traders often experience greed and fear, and those are the enemy.  Don't get too excited about the stuff you see or read about, because a lot of crypto videos on Youtube, for example, are done by people who are literally screaming about the opportunity to double your money on some shitcoin, and if you don't invest soon you'll lose out, and blah blah blah.  Just be careful.

Finally, if you stick with bitcoin you probably can't go wrong in the long term.  But again, that's just my opinion.

Some of the coins that you mentioned are coin types that are ranked top on the marketcap and there can be no doubt that they will have good potential for the future. But in this case I look more at ethereum because now ethereum continues to build even though slowly but it has more potential to increase up to 100%.
