So I tested your adress with your User ID with Chrome. It worked (I did void the payout request then so you have no circumstances). So this case is strange. I know somebody else had the same problem but we couldn't figure it out.
Are you sure you don't paste the adress with empty spaces? And can you tell me your Chrome version number plus if you have installed Add Ons?
Whenever you want to cashout, we can do it manually, so just send me a message when the form is still not working for you. Your adress is valid at all. We try to fix this problem though.
