We will add Eishockey and a lot of other Sports in a few days after we reached consistency for current Sports. Eishockey will be also added live then.
I guess we'll have to see how it plays out. Interesting, that you don't have any hockey to wager on. 
We changed the odd provider because we had problems like you described in the last 3 months. Now, after we setup new provider last days till today, we are able to deliver instant grading.
Once again, I have ungraded bets that are 2 days old.

Check our speed of grading bets later, it will be less than 120 minutes and we try to reach instant grading (up to 20 minutes) soon. You act like this was an isolated incident. I've had this happen to me about 5 times going back at least 3 months. How long does it take to get things right? I could have a book like yours up and running in 2 days with no glitches.
