Since this withdrawal was requested I have received 0.2BTC and told I will have the rest with the next 4 days.
This is at least something to stop me having to take action down other routes for now.

I have better news....I made a withdrawal yesterday that I don't now need.
I have emailed you at 'support' asking you to put it back into my account but it's still not back in there yet.

What's the reason for the delay?
This user has a large withdraw. Usually withdraw requests take not more than 12 hours, but in the last weeks, we had different problem which force us to take at first a closer look to the user account and then it comes to our queue. After we had a hack last year we builduing up our capital with own BTC and the speed is going faster till we have the full amount for instant payouts. Ok, i make a small withdraw - less than 0.5 BTC-, will see how long it takes for you to pay a small withdraw.

What's the reason for the delay?
Step by step is usually a serious red flag (defunct books that were known to pay in chunks, tended to be in the last throes and were paying people using incoming deposits)
I am always looking for solid online books. Not accusing you of this - but it'd be nice to know why you can't just pay this person outright.
