Hi fishface, you have every right to be frustrated here. We made a mistake with this one - and will be reaching out to you directly to course correct.

For clarity, if you pushing any game in a parlay, but win the remaining games - we treat it as an N-1 Parlay and pay it accordingly. In this case we should have paid you for the 3 games won.

Again, we'll reach out to you directly to compensate for the mistake.

I am moving from moderately frustrated to very frustrated... and my issue isn't even with a missing deposit.

I placed the following parlay bet yesterday-

North Carolina State +3 -115  Saint Louis
Manhattan +16 -109 vs Louisville
North Dakota State +3.5 -109 vs Oklahoma
New Mexico State +7.5 -109 vs San Diego State

The NC State game ended up pushing (SLU won by 3), but I won games 2 thru 4. With all reputable books the parlay would be recalculated to only include the bottom 3 games (simply dropping the push). Instead, casinobitcoin gave me a push for the entire parlay, crediting me back my bet with nothing for winning the other three games. I emailed casinobitcoin about this almost ten hours ago, and have received NO updates.

A rule for this situation is not found anywhere on the casinobitcoin site... therefore, it should be safe to assume that traditional parlay rules apply. It is clear that when a bet pushes in the parlay, the rest of the parlay plays on, dropping the event with no action. The entire parlay should NOT be pushed.

Wow I could not be happier with the resolution, thanks casinobitcoin! I have no further complaints and am excited to call this my new bitcoin betting home. The house can be trusted here. Great service.

Good to hear! Any Timeframe estimate on when auto grading will be in place? Just placed a pretty decent sized wager with you guys. Hopefully it wins.

Yes the 4 team parlay should become a 3 team parlay for the other 3 teams. No brainer here and if casinobitco.in does not honor the parlay and the traditional method of grading pushes in a parlay I will not be playing here anymore myself.

Clearly, this was a minor mistake and CasinoBitco.in will honor your 3 out of 4 parlay.  It would be silly not to...

We appreciate the feedback, I'm not entirely on the forums - so always suggest reaching out to support if you don't get an answer in a reasonable timeframe from Bitcointalk. It's also frustrating for us to not have blockchain.info work as expected per their SLA. That said, moving to a hosted wallet solution (which is our only other alternative) is rather large effort and carries a lot of risk if we were to put it out there in a rushed timeframe.

I'll manually add your transactions, you should see them shortly.

(Also - will respond to your e-mail on the bug report)

I'm also waiting for a deposit to go through - VERY frustrating. Simply passing this off onto blockchain.info is not acceptable IMO. We are talking about a basic level of service here and it's not working at all. I think a much more apologetic tone is in order.

I'd also like to mention that I made constructive comments previously in this thread which were IGNORED. Furthermore I went out of my way to contact you about resolving bugs in your software, then made the effort to email you explaining a bug, and once again IGNORED.

Reputation is everything in this business. I strongly suggest protecting yours.

If I may ask, what is the point of the CBTC_PR account? They seem to not be directly linked to your office or whatever you guys use. They act like a 3rd party. They make the same announcements that casinobitcoin and casinobitco make so I see no use for the 3rd account. You all are handling the PR of the site so I don't see why the CBTC_PR is used or who the heck they are...are they a major fan of the site or are they actually part of your team?

I am part of the team but have taken more of a role marketing at Bit777&Peerbet while I train on the software and deal with some of the smaller type stuff while Casinobitcoin & Casinobitco work more on leading the Havelock Stock information and working with the developers on the sites.

And also over the last few days we have seen a lot of tickets that we are dealing with over the blockchain api issues that is not crediting accounts and thus why I am popping up more in this thread while others work on other aspects of the sites.

Therefore if you guys have any more issues please email [email protected] so we can create a ticket and work on answering issues in the order they are recieved.

I made my first two deposits about an hour and a half ago and they've both got 6 confirmations.  Site still shows no balance.  Is this a normal delay?

Deposit address: 12Z5UTfw1uhqFXSm7qk5yCDn3KMrYwyFr9

Please email [email protected] as we are still experiencing some delays still with blockchain.info having issues the past couple of days, so we will have to manually credit your account, please note your bitcoin is safe.
