I tried to register 2 days ago but my registration failed and I thought it does not allow registration from my country.

Now, I'm happy that I successfully registered to this site, I saw some of the posts that you offered better odds so I was convince to register and it's really true, you have better odds that my present sportsbook.

I also discover that you only accept BTC, actually I'm a big fan of altcoins, may I know if you are planning to accept altcoins in the near future?

My withdrawal of my balance isn't a promotion giveaway. They are my winnings from sportsbook betting.

If you're referring to my Dec Leaderboard winning, they are spent and gone prior to these withdrawals. I bets regularly and I'm trying out different betting sites right now.

The reason for being late on payments (reply from bitcoinrush.io) was that the person-in-charge was away on conference and now he's back. Also, they are making some purchases on BTC and the tx was taking longer than expected.

To me, as long as my withdrawals are completed (although it took 6 days), I am still quite pleased with the site.

Only if they can improve on the withdrawal process, then it will be perfect!

ps. by the way I tried out another site and make some small bets:

hehe... bitcoinrush.io should be pleased that I've withdrew my balance, otherwise I would have made another killing at their site..

I am sure they will pay out eventually, it may take a bit longer in this case since it was a promotion giveaway instead of sportsbook withdrawal for winning.

Normally they have been around since 2013 and never really had a trouble with a gambler withdrawing the winnings they had so their history of withdrawal problems is like zero which is the important part here. However since this wasn't a regular "win" but more like win of a promotion instead, maybe thats the reason it took a bit longer. What have you talked with them precisely, did they just said end of the week and that's it ?

Have you talked about why its not right now and end of the week ? Did they give you a reason for waiting? If they had a legit reason for keeping you waiting it could be understandable. Is it still because PIC is out on conference or is there any other reason ?

A quick update - the site's admin replied me by saying that they are going to ensure that I will receive my withdrawals before this week end.

any updates regarding the VIP program ?? there is a clear bug for me that I reported over a month ago
basically my comps needed to level up aren't going down no matter how much I bet , when I reported the issue it was showing like that I need 16 mbtc more in rewards to level up as I remember
now it's showing I need 18.62 mbtc to level up so it looks impossible for me to level up

please fix it ASAP , the VIP program is one of the main reasons I'm betting with rush and feels like I'm missing value by not leveling up

don't worry about it you will get it , my last withdrawal was delayed as well and it was smaller but I got it

The site credited the 100 mBTC into my account, and I am pleased to say that with the prize I've won, I managed to win another 70mBTC with sports-betting.

I submitted withdrawal request for the 170 mBTC which is only 0.17 in BTC, and the status is PENDING since 4th Jan.

Had been 3 days, but now I have confidence that the withdrawal will be successful soon (after recent successful withdrawals).

congratulations , looking at the current leaderboard it seems that rush decided to stop offering prizes for the coming months since it's only showing leaderboard without prizes
it seems there are some delays these days due to holidays , also last time I sent an email to support they told me that my email ended in junk so there was a small delay
maybe that's the case with your email as well

but overall it's probably due to holidays , I have a withdrawal request pending for over 24 hours as well

So what is BitcoinRush's policy with regard to KYC?

Are they now requiring it? That would be bad news.

Are they only requiring it for certain withdrawals? What would that mean? Only for a certain size withdrawal? Or only when it involves more than the original deposit?

Probably the admin is still in New Year's holiday at the moment so they haven't credited the prize to your account. I believe I've won the Bitcoinrush.io Leaderboard competition, that ended on UTC 00.00 hours, 1st Jan 2019 

The top prize is 100mBtc and I believe I'm the only eligible winner, as the T&Cs stated that all players have to wager minimum 3500 mBtc in sports betting and any casino games. I've wagered over 4600 mBtc and so far there's no one else that meets the 3500 mBtc mark.

Problem is, I've emailed to the site's admin email regarding this, and there's is no reply yet.

Has been more than 24 hours since I put in a withdrawal request, still show PENDING, small amount of 0.11 BTC only, still has another 0.22 BTC in the account.

Wrote to their support about 6 hours ago, and has not get any reply.

Honestly, I really like this site for sports betting, as it has one of the best odds in market.

But the grading issues and withdrawal delays are something the admins/Mods have to do address soonest.

withdrawals are done without further issue, admin support also replied and apologises for the delay.
