All these things doesn't mean bitcoin is illegal because even paper money is being used for criminal and many illegal trades so this situation not problem for bitcoin
This is one of the disadvantage of bitcoin that's why some country ban using bitcoin. Since we can transact/buy things anonymously if someone buy drugs online, its hard to find the person involve in illegal activities like selling drugs.
Adding to that , Kyc should be made necessary, 2FA involving a verified account followed by Exchanges will further relaxation to the system
For me bitcoin can be use in illegal activity because criminals can use this currency as a trading method. Hackers may be trying to attack multiple bitcoins to steal large amounts of money and money laundering can happen easily. Illegal activities happen easily.
Bitcoin is depends to the people it depends on how you ised it .
It is not a problem with bitcoin but the people that are using it to do such illegal things. Not just bitcoin but other cryptos. It depends on the person how they want to use bitcoin. This is one of the reason why some governments ban bitcoin on their country.

From recent news in India it is heard that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..I know its a currency and it is also used as a normal money... but these can create a bad space in people's mind that bitcoins are used to sell drugs..so they will not use bitcoins... Conclusion is that BTC is also a currency which is having a high value in the market..and bitcoins must not be used in these illegal activity which can reduce its usage and value.
Ok.Today we come to the reality that bitcoin can be used for illegal activity, buying and selling drugs, weapons, terrorist funding and also can be for money laundry. But we should remember that not only bitcoin used for that purpose, the current fiat money also can be used widely for the same purpose. Using bitcoin is better and safer because it is more difficult to identify transaction parties involved in it.Here we need Laws and regulations for that case to control it.

yes, it happens in my country, there are people who use bitcoin as a narcotics transaction, and that is very disadvantageous because the government in my country, the more re-thinking to legalize bitcoin.
