20% Huh?
You have to be kidding me.
You guys aren't mad???
I will mislabel the shit out of it if you want.
That is ridiculous.

Probably not the best idea to mention in a public forum but from my understanding the liability falls on the buyer.  I've had a few requests to sell silver without declaring it and decided it wasn't in my customer's best interests.
Well, I am not afraid to stand by my convictions, it is an unjust tax and we all know it.

If so then I respect that as a way to strengthen Europe.

No, that don't strenghten Europe. It only give more money to government for spending bilions for stupid things.
Same as here.
If you find something how to *not* pay VAT for gold, send me PM...
I will Smiley

And of course if you want some bullion, I would be willing to send it to you. I should state that the customer pays all extra fees if we are including worldwide shipping now.

So just to bring it back on topic:

Silver/Gold for sale, PM me anytime.
Currently have access to plenty of generics and eagles.
To get things rolling I am selling a 1 oz. silver round in great condition for 7.5 BTC !

It is what it is I guess.
If you guys are used to it and ok with it, then the VAT is no big deal I guess.
I just feel bad I cant get you some deal that is better than you are used too.
Watch, if anyone can figure out how to avoid the unjust VAT, it's me.
Is the VAT so that you have to produce and acquire everything locally? If so then I respect that as a way to strengthen Europe.

Gold and silver is different from view of taxes. Only gold have some exceptions, but I'm not sure if this exception is also for import from USA.

And no, I'm not mad. I bought GPU from some american guy for bitcoins and I still paid taxes, which was around 20% of card price. If they see lower price on box than it's "common", they will use "common" price for calculating VAT. So that trick with "selling 1oz gold for 1$" won't work Wink.

here are some people brainstorming about the VAT

http://www.tfmetalsreport.com/forum/avoiding-vat-silver-europe/225

It looks like in small amounts you can avoid it or something. Haven't read it all yet.
Also if we use 90% silver American issued coins would it count as bullion? I dont think so.
